Location, Location, Location! One of the best locations to stay when visiting Fort Myers Beach! A quiet residential neighborhood street yet a 3 minute walk to the Beach, Main Street, Times Square, the new hotspot Bayside Bark, Restaurants, Margaritaville, Shops, and the best sunsets you've ever seen! No need for a car but there's a large driveway that will fit a trailer too if you're bringing your boat. Only 100 yards to Moss Marina if you want to rent a boat or drop a kayak in the water. You can always just chill and relax in the back yard with the awesome saltwater pool and cook out on the grill and dine by the pool.

This listing is for the entire home. It is a duplex with a 2 bedroom 1 bath in each unit, the upper unit also has a sunroom with a futon. Each unit has a comfortable living room and full kitchen with everything you need. Floors are ceramic and comfortably furnished. Each bedroom offers a queen bed, 32" smart TV and closets for storage. There’s also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There's Super fast 1 TB wi-fi speed. TV is streamed via Roku, super easy to use. There's a grill in the back yard by the pool and another gas grill on the upper deck.

Great Location

We had an amazing week. Our host Leah was so awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The location is absolutely perfect. You could walk everywhere and the wagons provided made the short walk to the beach and Time square easy. We rented both units and everything was new and very clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect spot

Close to shops and beach. Pool was great for the kids that didn’t want to spend all day down at the beach.

This cute, well appointed beach house has everything you need for a relaxing stay just minutes away from walking on the beach, including a pool. The house is a duplex with 2 beds, one bath on each level. We rented the whole house and both levels were nicely decorated and the bathrooms are all new. Would highly recommend. Walking distance to much near Times Square. Host is very responsive.

Great place

We are all 40 plus so this was perfect for us, lots of space in the pool area for games, lounging and grilling. Walking distance to the boat we rented and lots of restaurants and bars. But also off the main drag so nice and quiet.

FMB Vacation

We loved our stay at the house and it has a great location.. Everything needed is at the house and is walking distance to beach, restaurant and shops. Leah was reachable at any time and quickly reacted to a problem we had. We would definitely stay again!

The owner allows pets so we were able to take our dog.

Great Property

Perfect location, both units very clean and had what we needed. Pool was clean and awesome size to accommodate 4 adults and 5 kids. Leah was super accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We will surely be back!

Group trip

we had a great time. We had the upper and lower parts of the gouse and it was the perfect amount of room for our group of 8. The pool was great and the location was outstanding. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. Leah was extremely quick to respond to any questions.

Fort Myers Beach

My boyfriend and I and two other couples went for a relaxing week in FMB to get away from Iowa cold. The house was clean and in walking distance to lots of fun bars and restaurants. Loved the pool and the neighbors dog, Leo! :)

Review

We were very happy with this property. Our family of 10 fit perfectly! Everything was in walking distance. It was very clean. Leah was very attentive and answered all our questions! We had four kids and they loved the pool! I highly recommend this property! If we make it back, we will stay here again.

Nice location, cute place.

Location was great, walking distance to beach, restaurants/bars and shopping. We rented both the upper and lower unit. The layout was nice and the pool area was great! We only have a few complaints/suggestions. Cleaning needs to be done a little better everywhere and to the floors, they were very dirty to the point after one evening walking barefoot our feet were black on the bottom. Not sure what the smell was in the lower unit but gave us headaches and once outside our headaches went away. Need to fix that leaking kitchen sink, it’s gross having a dish pan catching the water and fix the upper bathroom shower handle, it’s very loose. I know dryers are expensive but to open the dryer with a pair of scissors is ridiculous and very dangerous. Last but surely not least, please buy slip covers for the furniture, We did not sit on the chairs or couches they were extremely dirty, you could see the worn in dirt especially on the red chairs in the upper unit.

Hi Dianne. Thx for your review. We met prior to your check in and I share with you to call or text me if you need anything. You texted me and asked me what the Netflix password is but didn’t share with me your concerns listed in your review. I’ve had the same cleaning lady for years and she’s awesome! I check the floors after she cleaned and they are spotless so I’m not sure why the floors were dirty. I checked unit and didn’t smell anything so I’m not sure what you smelled. The kitchen sink had a small leak that has since been repaired. I found the leak by running the water for 10 minutes so you must have really ran the water in the kitchen sink for it to leak. I had a plumber look at the shower handle and it was a tad lose, still worked fine but he tightened it. There are 2 washers and dryers in the home. I shared with you the lower unit was being replaced and if you needed to do laundry during your weekend 3 night stay to use the washer and dryer in the upper unit. The lower unit washer and dryer have been replaced. The furniture is clean. Not sure why you said it’s dirty. I don’t think anyone or location would receive more than a 3 star rating and complaints from you. Please don’t come back. Thx! Leah ☀️🌴🐬

Perfect location

Had a wonderful vacation. This location is excellent and the property was perfect for what we needed. Leah was a wonderful host who responded quickly if we needed anything. The pool was amazing, with plenty of seating for all. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this home. 😊⛱️🌞

Best family vaca ever

This trip was a family trip with our 2 married kids, 18 year old and 2 grandkids. We all LOVED it. The property was an amazing and the location was perfect. My 3 year old grandson was either in the pool, at the ocean or sleeping. They all want to come back next year. Thank you Leah!!!

Amazing!! Perfect location, great setup, and the pool!!😍

We had an amazing trip, thanks to Leah! The location of this house is absolutely perfect. You are literally a 5 minute stroll to the pier and beach. You never have to drive to anything! You can walk to a ton of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The only time we drove was to the grocery store, but you could easily Instacart/Shipt your groceries and adult beverages to the house if you don’t have a car. There is also a 7-Eleven a few blocks away which has a pretty good selection of necessities (snacks, bread, eggs, pre-made sandwiches, drinks etc) Ok, back to the house! We rented the upper and lower units together, and it was perfect for our group of 8 adults! Both levels had their own entrance and kitchen. The pool was perfect - heated, clean and tons of sun! There are pool noodles, floaties, etc. and colored lights for night swimming. Lots of pool chairs for lounging. Leah was an excellent host and worked with us on our check-in and check-out times, so that we weren’t stuck without a place to stay on check-in or check-out day. Highly recommend!
