Thank you for the detailed feedback. Sorry the number of stairs made the stay less comfortable — the home does span multiple levels and we’ll make that clearer in the listing and arrival materials. Apologies you had to hunt for the laundry; it’s on the patio and we’ll add clearer directions and signage. We’ll have maintenance check the pool temperature and equipment. The island is still recovering from the hurricane and beach conditions can vary; we appreciate you supporting the area during rebuilding. Glad the beds and overall home worked for you. Thank you for your feedback — I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We do apologize for the pool issues , however I do see that he was there on Sunday and he vacuumed, brushed, cleaned the filter , skimmed and added chemicals to the pool which took care of the issues. Regarding the spiral staircase , it is clearly visible in the photo of the living room , and this home does not have an elevator , however we do have many properties that do ! The tub and shower combination is also visible in the photos. We’ll complete a full kitchen inventory and replace low-quality utensils, have the living room rugs, upholstery, and patio furniture professionally cleaned (or replaced if needed), and send a technician to repair or replace the master bedroom TV.
