Our stay was amazing. Fantastic communication and couldn't have stayed at a better place. The house is comfortable and quiet and just what we were looking for. Its also so well stocked in the kitchen you can make virtually anything.

This home is everything it's advertised to be. It is a beautiful home, it was clean, and Tia was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow! This place is a hidden gem. The location is a little north of Sedona proper, which provides privacy and quiet. Getting into town was not a problem at all. The design of the home is superb with huge windows looking out onto the view of the red rocks. The two bedrooms with king beds are separated by the dining room and kitchen, making the place great for 2 couples.The kitchen was well equipped and even included some spices and things that made for an easier stay. All the appliances you could wish for are there. Communication with the host was excellent; they even provided some tips for our stay in Phoenix.Our travel tip is to take the train from Williams to the Grand Canyon for the day. It was an excellent way to see lots of the surrounding lands and the Canyon.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. The home was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week.The private creek access was one of our favorite features and provided a peaceful, relaxing experience. We also appreciated the balance of privacy and convenience, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and local attractions while still feeling tucked away in nature.The welcome book was straightforward, clear, and extremely helpful, making everything from check-in to check-out easy. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, and it was clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and our family created memories we’ll cherish for years. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.

This is a one of kind place to stay in Sedona, the home is beautiful and has everything you will need. The view is amazing and the creek is so relaxing. The host Tia was amazing. I will be coming back.

Home is beautifully appointed! Each room is so comfy and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked. Google maps gave directions that took us way off course. We called Tia and she helped us out immediately get going the right way. We would definitely stay here again.
