Amazing Views! - Sedona Grace Living Vacation Home

3BR/2BA Single Level home with exceptional views from inside and out. Built in 1985 and approx. 1824 sqft. Recently remodeled near the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Nature hiking (access to Little Horse trail) begins at the end of the driveway. Nestled on a ½ acre lot surrounded by pine trees, feels close to nature. Central heating and cooling, and electric fireplace.

Cable Internet with WiFi and Cable TV are included. Washer and Dryer on premises.

Three golf courses near by in Village of Oak Creek. Enjoy stargazing a night.

The open floor plan and natural wood in the vaulted ceilings are very relaxing. The kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher, flat top stove, and a microwave. The living room has a leather couch and love seat with beautiful views and a large screen TV.

Dining room includes seating for 6 with 4 additional bar stools around the island. Master bedroom has a king pillow-top bed, love seat, work desk, and flat-screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen pillow-top bed and a twin sofa sleeper. The 3rd bedroom has a queen pillow-top bed. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets.

Smart Doorbell at front entrance. The coverage area is the front entrance and driveway. Only viewing by the owner is allowed.

A wonderful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days at Grace Living. This home is clean, meticulously maintained, and spacious with a view of stunning red rock formations greeting you each sunrise then glowing at sunset while you grill on the deck, savor dinner, or relax on the comfortable couches. It is convenient to hiking trails, local attractions, grocery stores and other shopping yet in a quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Thoughtful extras included 2 yoga mats, several stainless steel water bottles, covered glass food storage containers, bottled water in the frig, a spice rack, a bottle of wine, bags of snacks, and being able to park our rental car in the garage.

Beautiful home for our holiday getaway!

We spent Christmas here with family and the decorations were charming with a lighted tree, stockings, decorative pillows and a welcoming bottle of wine to sip by the ambient fireplace. A few healthy snack bags were also an appreciated welcome gift. The home was immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with any kind of cooking utensil or dishes needed for a home cooked meal. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking and there is access to a few trailheads. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property

This house was ideal. It is immaculately clean, modern and well cared for. We appreciated the amenities and little touches that were thoughtful and anticipated what we'd need. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room furniture extremely comfortable, and the views from the windows spectacular. The house is perfectly situated within an easy walk to great hiking trails and easy access to restaurants, galleries and shops.

Clean, organized, and great location!

We had a great stay at Grace Living. We found the home to be exceptionally clean (we are picky) and well-stocked with all one could need. The house was exactly as described, and we would stay again.

Great location, great house!

This was our second stay at Grace Living and we were thrilled to stay here again! We've stayed in many different VRBOs over the years and I love that this house has lots of comfy living room seating, comfy beds, great linens, a VERY well-equipped kitchen and ample supplies (toliet paper, tissues, soap, etc) - so many VRBOs lack these and yet they make such a difference in a vacation where you don't want to worry about those things. The location is also great, quick easy access to so many trails either walking from the house, or a quick car ride to so many other trailheads. One of our friends arrived later in the week and it was an easy pick-up from a nearby shuttle stop location. Owners were very responsive and check-in/out was very easy. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again!

Immaculate house

This house is the best rental we have ever used. It was clean, comfortable, updated and in a great loacation to do what Sedona has to offer. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms well appointed and kitchen had lots of space and everything you’d need. 100% recommend.

Lovely Property

We and another couple stayed at the property. It was very well equipped. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. We appreciated the chairs at the island and sat there a lot. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to trails. It’s a location that’s close to everything but away from the major traffic, so for us it was ideal. The hosts were very responsive. No issues. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Summer Memories

4 adults and 2 children had a comfortable stay. Great comfy beds. The open kitchen/living room area made it easy to sit and talk. There were lots of amenities which was helpful when our kids were too tired to eat out. We are a hiking family so it was fun that the trails started right across the street. The kids enjoyed watching for wildlife in the yard…lizards, butterflies and quail babies. It was a great place to stay on vacation!!

A stand-out home

Of all the houses we have rented, this one may have been the hardest one for us to leave. We enjoyed so much about our stay. The home has excellent views, and a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is the most completely equipped of any place we have rented. The host provided premium essentials - we appreciated the extras. The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I said if we ever make it back to Sedona, this will be the place we will want to stay.

Perfection

We loved this home and neighborhood. Very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We walked to different trailheads and were able to find scorpions and javalenas close by. We also loved the proximity of Clark’s Market in Oak Creek for groceries and all of the shops in Sedona. Highly recommend!

Grace Living is heaven

We stayed at Grace Living home through VRBO on April 6-15, 2024. This is our second time staying there in 2 years. We love, love, love this home. Not only is the home beautiful, the location is so desirable and just perfect! The house has everything you need and so modern. The kitchen supplies are excellent. We got our groceries at Clark’s in Oak Creek because it is close and very nice. Carson is an excellent host. The view from the massive front windows is of huge and gorgeous red rocks. You could not find a better place to stay in Sedona. It is BEAUTIFUL! Don’t forget to take the tour to Antelope Canyon…it is breathtaking. Absolutely perfect vacation in a very private home and location. Thanks until next time.

A wonderful week

We loved our stay at Grace Living! The house was spacious, and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals during our week stay. Beds were comfortable and there were pull out twin beds in the Master and 2nd bedroom, which left plenty of sleeping options for our family of 6. Loved the location near Chapel of the Holy Cross. The access to Little Horse Trail outside the front door was amazing and meant easy hikes where we didn't need to fight for parking at trailhead lots. Found the location between Oak Creek and Sedona wonderful for our needs and plans for the week. We loved the little touches of our stay: a bottle of wine and snacks upon our arrival, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, extra set of towels, spices and cooking oil. The house was set up ready for our arrival - which made everything easier.

Amazing Stay!!!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was a perfect stay! Great location!!! The house was equipped with anything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and other cooking tools. Nearby trailheads meant we could walk to them and not battle for parking. This was a great stay, awesome and clean house, amazing vacation!

comfort and beauty in sedona

my family reunion was spent at this lovely home in the neighborhood near the chapel in sedona. great ease of getting into the house. lots of good walking in the area along with wonderful quiet and dark skies for viewing the heavenly wonders . a fine jumping off spot for restaurants and hiking, along with getting into town without too much time spent driving. comfort galore with all beds and living room furniture for tv and viewing the beauty of the outdoors from indoors. fabulous array of kitchenware with the joy of everything working as it should. didn't use the outdoor deck due to the cold and rain, but it was quite adequate and loaded with views of the hoodoos. a hot tub would have been the topper. would recommend without hesitation.

Paradise in the Desert!

This was an amazing home to stay at! There were 3 of us vacationing there and the house more than adequately accommodated us- the owners thought of everything! The beds were super comfy, gorgeous view of the red rocks, very clean house and incredibly spacious kitchen and living room. Literally would not change a thing and will definitely stay there again if in the location!!

What a gem!

Just got back from a week-long stay in Sedona and wow, this rental home was a gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect, literally in the heart of everything. We were minutes away from several trailheads, making our morning hikes a breeze. And let me tell you about the view – every evening, we’d relax in the living room, and the mountain views from those windows were simply mesmerizing. The neighborhood? Super quiet and private, exactly what we needed. As for the house itself, it's clear the owners take great pride in it. Everything was in tip-top shape, and the amenities were on point. Those beds? Some of the comfiest I've ever slept in! If you’re considering a stay in Sedona, I can't recommend this place enough. It truly made our vacation.

Beautiful location, relaxing, amazingly organized and well- stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms/bathrooms, breathtaking view from the patio, easy access to area attractions. One of the better VRBO's we have stayed in!
