Named after the baby sea turtles that visited in 2020 (and safely made it to the ocean), this spacious 3-story townhome is literally steps from the sand, offering unobstructed Gulf access, sunrise views, and everything needed for a true beach vacation.

The house was just what we needed! Plenty of space, comfy beds, and all the beach things we needed. It was so nice being able to walk out of our door right to the beach. The beach views were amazing!

The Sea Turtle is a very nice place to stay. The pictures were exactly what the townhouse looked like. The beach was awesome. I would recommend it. I will definitely be staying there again.

This whole expo was spectacular- from location to cleanliness to check in and check out. The views were fabulous- and every single detail was taken care of. From the kitchen to beach towels to chairs and umbrellas. We took out the kayaks and had dolphins jumping 10 feet from us. I can’t wait to come back here!! Wonderful memories were made from morning coffee watching the waves to games and fun around the table. I give this 10 stars!!!!

My husband and I, and our three girls stayed for four nights. Everything was exactly as described!! The location was perfect! Close proximity to restaurants and we were just steps from the beach. Very spacious and clean. The host had every amenity possible. They provided everything to make our visit to the beach perfect! We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful, truly beachfront property with easy access, plenty of parking, trash service, and ample sleeping space. The host was very responsive and helpful. Our family had our best beach stay yet thanks to this location and property.

Perfect Beach Location

Gorgeous views and only steps from the beach. Plenty of room in the house for 6 adults, and the rooms were spread out for privacy. Great vacation!

Loved Turtle House

Everything you would want for vacation. Beach is so close. Great paddle board and kayaks. Kitchen had the things needed for stay and view was awesome from master bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and updated townhouse. Everything you would ever need is provided in the house and for the beach. Also great location. We loved being right on the beach. We want to stay here again!

Great place near the water

The communication is excellent. The place has plenty of room and was very comfortable. My husband and I, my three kids and their spouses, and a 3 month old baby stayed in The Turtle House. We all enjoyed are stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hi! We’re Dave and Lagenia, a husband-and-wife team based in Houston, TX. We met while serving in the U.S. Army, got engaged on our second date, and have been married for over 34 years. We have three amazing adult children who still keep life fun and full.

We both love to travel—I’ve been to 49 countries and Dave has been to 44 (yes, we’re a little competitive!). And after visiting beaches around the world, we can honestly say none compare to the one in our own backyard.

I'm originally from Radcliff, Kentucky, and Dave is from Rockville, Maryland. I graduated from Vanderbilt University, and Dave is a proud Citadel alum. Today, Dave works in the travel industry, and I work in franchising—so hospitality is truly close to both of our hearts.

We fell in love with Okaloosa Island while visiting friends and knew instantly it was the perfect place to create a beach retreat for our family. Now, we’re thrilled to share it with you! Whether you’re coming to relax, explore, or make memories with loved ones, we hope you feel right at home at the Sea Turtle House.
