Perfect location and the view is stunning. We loved the daily beach service with chairs and umbrellas. The condo is just as pictured, everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay. Wedid have a couple minor issues, one with check-in and one with power, but once contact with the host was made everything was resolved

Perfect set up for us. So close to the beach and very easy back and forth from the condo to the beach. We have stayed at Green Reef several times and this was our favorite.

There is nothing like having the beach as your own backyard stepping off of your oversized beach deck onto the beach and the ease to scoot into the house for beach snacks or a bathroom break. This is a beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. With multiple levels, you can get different views of the ocean, and it’s truly steps from the beach. We stayed for five nights and communication with the host was very easy and she was quick to respond. Sando’s Beachside across the street is a must stop for evening cocktails or a morning coffee. The views of the ocean in the morning and at sunset were unbeatable. We couldn’t have picked a better location for our trip. We look forward to coming back to this property in the future.

Everything from beginning to end was excellent and excellent expectations. The home for our large group great with enough room for privacy but space to enough each other. The home was beautifully decorated and clean and the location was perfect to walk to eating establishment. We hope to return soon!

Kimberly was an excellent host. She had great communication. Gave us insights and recommendations in the area. And if any issue was to arise, she answered immediately. The house was very clean and decorated so cute. Highly recommend staying here again in the future.

This is a beautiful ocean front property with plenty of living space and bedrooms. Kim was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We were very pleased with everything and will be coming back. The private beach is priceless! We had an amazing family vacation.

This property was the perfect place for our family vacation that included 3 generations, aging from 19-84! The beach access was phenomenal and all the various items included made it so easy to live here for the week! Stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.! We had a tropical storm while there and hung out on the covered lower deck area and enjoyed our time together while watching Mother Nature! Highly recommend booking this property!

This is a perfect house for a week at the beach!….great location, BEAUTIFUL & roomy, beach service, great outdoor shower to rinse sand off, comfortable patio spaces, kitchen on street level- no steps for carrying in groceries, restaurants within walking distance.We loved this house, will book again !

Beautiful property, clean, modern and a beautiful view. Plus the owner Kimberly is available if you have any issues. Loved the full kitchen. My family had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay! Private beach steps away from the deck. Great view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, and there were plenty of towels, beach towels, and blankets - we didn't need anything but groceries for our week-long stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Our group of 8 had plenty of space both inside and out. Can’t beat being right on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better property manager. She responded to all questions and was one of the most responsive I have ever dealt with on VRBO. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you so much for everything

We loved it so much that we've already booked for next year! You can't beat the location. With the private beach, we didn't have to worry about getting out to the beach at the crack of dawn to set up our tent. The rental comes with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas that are set up each day. The grandkids could go back and forth to the unit without worrying about them. No parking issues since the unit comes with parking for 4 vehicles at the front door. No waiting on elevators. No crowds. The guest host is awesome and super responsive. We had an issue with the outdoor shower and she had someone there the next day to fix it.Highly recommend!

Thank you for your review. I am excited about your return. You were awesome guests. Many return year after year and consider our home “their beach home” it is quite spoiling having your own exclusive slice of sand that is all yours right out the back door. The ease makes it awesome to run in for the bathroom, to get beach snacks/drinks and more just like going out your back door onto your backyard accept it is the beach. Also being a property built closer to the water where many are not do to restrictions on homes built after this one is spoiling. See you next year! Thank you!
