Cozy lake view cottage on Lake George. Highlights feature a screened in front porch with unobstructed lake view. The property includes an open, lakefront lot with sandy beach and dock. This 1 BA, 3 BR, plus loft area is perfect for a one or two-family getaway.

Spacious outdoor lawn includes a gas grill and nice shade trees. Bring your own boat, kayak, or SUP and tour the lake or just enjoy the sun and sandy beach right off the dock. The location is also nearby to numerous outdoor activities. Sleeps up to 8 but probably accommodates up to 4 adults with 4 kids comfortably.

Updates for 2024: New windows and blinds throughout cottage. Top riding kayak available for use. The two docks on the property have been consolidated to one and is shared with neighboring cottage to maximize swim space.

Amazing Lake Cottage

This cottage was amazing with ample space inside and the outdoor space was even better than we expected. Plenty of yard space for outdoor activities and lake access was a breeze. The swim/dock area was clean with sandy bottom. Definitely recommend!

Stay for weekend weddkng

The beach area and kiyaks were lovely. The location of this space was excellent for us. We enjoyed the screened in porch. It is an older home and had some quirks. It worked well for us.

Cozy cottage on a beautiful lake

The cottage worked out very well for 4 adults and family day visitors. Living area and bedrooms were clean and comfortable, with an enclosed front porch. The beach area has a nice, sandy bottom, and a good dock. We were able to rent a pontoon for a couple of days which worked out well. Communication with the owner was always pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Getaway Cottage

This far exceeded our expectations. Cottage was very clean and well equipped for our week’s needs. Great access to the lake. Property manager communicated well. Even checked in with us after a nasty storm blew through. If you’re looking for a weekend couples getaway or a relaxing week on the lake with your family… you will not regret booking this cottage!!!

Unfortunately, we were unable to use our stay because of some sickness. The house was a great communicator before we arrived, checking in during should have been our stay and afterward. We look forward to using this property again next year on this annual trip if it’s available!!!

Lake George

The place was just as listed. Very cozy and quaint. The lake access was great. We were on the lake all day and then had smores by the fire every night. So much to do kayaking down the coves under the bridge and kids had a great time riding there bikes. Neighbors were all friendly and all doing the neighborhood wave. Owner was very accomadating and answered any question very timely.

Perfect for boating and getting away from the city!

This place is fantastic! It’s super clean, the appliances are new, it’s very spacious, and the lake is huge! Amanda, the property owner is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She answered all my questions within minutes, even with me texting multiple times. This was just what we needed, a place not too far from Indy, affordable, a huge lake where you can bring your own kayaks, and away from the city. We liked it so much that we booked again. Thank you so much!

Very much what i expected with the cottage. Coffee bar and welcome basket were love!y and appreciated. Amanda was quick to respond to.our questions and very pleasant. The only disappointment was we didn t have a boat Not much opportunity to.fish off shore. That is not anyones fault. Overall it was a great stay!

Lake George

We had a nice time and the cottage looks as it does in pictures. The wiring hanging from the ceiling was a bit scary but no fires so all good. The one thing that ruined our trip was that we were not able to use our dock for our boat as promised. The neighborhood was sure that he had all rights to the dock and even to the water. He harassed us every day. There is a lack of communication between the cottage owner and property owner. I was given a legal document by a nice neighbor who felt we were treated unfairly considering it is a law that has been passed stating that the renters from our cottage have rights to use the silver dock. We had a wheelchair user who is 10 yrs old and the old dock was not safe for him And the silver dock was. It stated in our rules that we could use either dock. Unfortunately we will not go back due to the unresolved situation within the property owners

Lake break

We love coming to Lake George. The house is always clean and ready. We love the screened in porch and spend most of our time hanging out, playing games, and eating on the porch. The kayak is a great add on. Loved kayaking with the swans.

We love this place!

This house has so much personality. The location on a quiet lake lane is ideal. And the biggest perk is the large yard adjacent and along the lake! Great swimming and fishing. Lots of places to take walks.

Beautiful Location

All in all, this property was worth the price. We were there for 2 nights, although booked for 3 nights. (Thanks weather). No real issues at all during our stay that couldn't be rectified.

Weekend stay

True rental house. We enjoyed our time with the extra lots for games and easy access to the water, but small details could improve it. No AC on first floor. 2 holes in screens on front porch, made it unusable with mosquitoes in the evenings.

Great cottage

This is a great cottage with the bonus of extra space outside. We stayed mid-week and it was a very quiet area- my kids were able to ride bikes and play in the road (it’s a tiny road) without any concern. Amanda was a great host and super easy to communicate with.

Perfect cottage on Lake George

Perfect cottage on Lake George! Great communication with Amanda and she had the cottage ready for us several hours early. Very clean, appreciated the welcome basket of snacks and local wine. House was well stocked with paper products, soaps, cleaners and beach floats. Quaint neighborhood with friendly neighbors, perfect place for a relaxing stay with a beautiful view of the lake from the screened porch and shaded yard. Air conditioning is only upstairs but house stayed cool for us.
