Great apartment

The property was spacious and clean and modern. The owners were helpful and even arranged a taxi for our departure. We had an amazing time there. The only downside was the lack of A/c in the bedrooms. In a place as hot as Naples this should be essential.

This summer has been defined as one of the hottest in the last 100 years!!. We in the apartment have 2 air conditioning units and normally have always been sufficient. Unfortunately some tourists are used to sleeping with air conditioning and so we sorry if we felt hot. Maybe we will also have fans in addition (however it is a shame also leave the conditioners running when you leave the house at the end of the holiday).

A piece of Paradise

WOW! Where do we even begin! The apartment is wonderful with all the amenities you would need. The kitchen is fully equipped and the small touches like coffee, tea and the candy bowl were a wonderful welcome. The VIEW is priceless and we enjoyed the evenings sitting on the deck and watching the stars, the boats on the water and great family conversation. The bedrooms were perfect and the AC cooled them down nicely on the hot summer days. The entire place was clean and well cared for. The owners were wonderful to work with and responsive to our needs. When we pulled up un a large 12 person van with our 5 teenagers the housekeeper immediately contacted the owner to arrange an easier parking spot for us. 100% on Hospitality. 100% on accommodations. We can't wait to return for a longer stay! This is centrally located and an easy drive to the site seeing you want to do. Make sure you walk up the street for an espresso, ice cream or baked goods. They were amazing!

Appartement idéal pour visiter Naples & se reposer

Doté d'une immense terrasse avec vue mer, au calme sur le promontoire de Pausilippe m à proximité de Naples (20mn) , des îles (Ferry pour Ischia à 20 mn) et de Pompéi (45mn), l'appartement est idéal pour un séjour touristique à Naples. Les Hôtes sont charmants et serviables.

Exceeded our Expectations!!

We loved our stay in the beautiful Totally Sweet White House, so much so, that it was difficult to leave to explore the area! We just wanted to hang out in the apartment because of its comfort! The architecture of the home is simply unique with the most wonderful, gigantic terrace with amazing views for relaxing! The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. Our hosts were helpful, very caring and attentive. The location is safe with ease to public transportation, restaurants, (Catholic Church) and convenience stores, all within walking distance. Thank you for a memorable stay! Grazie Mille!!

Très bel appartement rénové à Posillipo.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement: très propre, très bien rénové et confortable (climatisé et plusieurs sanitaires). Les photos de l appartement sont conformes à la réalité. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire, Gianfranco, qui est vraiment sympathique. L accès à Naples depuis l appartement est simple que ce soit en bus ou en voiture. Nous avions 2 places de parking réservées au sein de la résidence. Notre avis sur cet appartement est très positif.

Truly a super host and a super stay.

The host met us with a warm welcome and quick tour of the beautiful apartment. The view was as advertised and we had a great time. I found out that it is really important to have a safe place to park your rental car and we felt safe during our stay. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is ai conditioning. We were able to all sleep in the master room the 1st night and then spread back out after the owner acted quickly and had the air conditioner fixed for the 2nd night. Here is a free tip for those new to that area (and maybe other parts of Italy), 99% of the restaurants close from 1530 to 1930 so you might want to plan accordingly.

Great location to see Naples and the area

We were a group of 7 adults. It's a perfect location to have a car, safely parked, to see the surrounding area, and to do Naples itself by bus ( rather infrequent, but it comes!). Great apartment and terrace. Lovely neighbourhood with great bar, shops, ATM, many good restaurants nearby, and Parco Virgilio ( the sunset!!) also very near. Very good for Baia etc to North, and Pompeii etc to South. Very helpful hosts and caretaker Thanks Gianfranco and Carolina!

Perfect patio

We had a delightful few days in this flat. The patio was particularly enjoyable. We spent both nights enjoying dinner outside. A bit far from the city center but a great grocery store just down the street. Found many great treats there. Only minor complaint is that the a/c really isn't adequate for the size of the apartment.

This summer has been defined as one of the hottest in the last 100 years!!. We have in the apartment 2 air conditioning units and normally its always been sufficient (but not this year).

Spacious and beautiful views

The apartment is perfect for a visit in Naples. Plenty of space, wonderful little neighborhood stores and delis not too far away. It is a bit far from the main city center, so be ready to ride the bus or call for a taxi to take you to town quickly. We didn't mind it though, very quiet- and a perfect place to rest after a long day!

Gemütliche große Ferienwohnung

Sehr helle freundliche Wohnung in einem herrschaftlichem Haus mit traumhaften Blick auf den Golf. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Neapel. Neben den Klassikern (Pompeji, Vesuv etc.) fanden wir Cumae (Die Grotte der Sybille) besonders schön. Gerade weil man hier Altertum fast ganz für sich hat. Nach den Ausflügen und dem Gewusel der Stadt haben wir die Stille in der Wohnung genossen. Purer Luxus ist auch der eigene Parkplatz für den Mietwagen. Carolina und Gianfranco sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die uns bei Fragen immer umgehend geholfen haben. Für uns war es also ein gelungener Urlaub.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Accueil très chaleureux de Gianfranco qui parle très bien français. La location correspond en tout point à la description et une place de parking est disponible en bas de la résidence. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel plutôt huppé de Naples et elle est le point de départ idéal pour découvrir Naples et les alentours. Nous recommandons vivement. Gracié a Gianfranco e Carolina.

Contemporary apartment in best/safest neighborhood of Napoli

Amazing design elements with beautiful bedding. Stunning terrace view and a great place for espresso at sunrise. There was a gated driveway for our car. Very clean We had 5 people but the apartment would fit more without feeling cramped. There are multiple common areas to hang out in this apartment. Not sure public transportation would be great to get to museums etc but the cab from the center of town was just 11 euros. It was hard to park in Naples so we loved having our car at the house and taking cabs to the museum. This could be a great location to commute to Pompeii if you have a car. We live in an old house so it was a great experience hang out with the ultra modern!

Beautifully decorated, modern clean, very good location and truly a home away from home.

We were welcomed by Gianfranco who showed us through the property, gave us very helpful information an who was very polite, informative and welcoming. The property itself was beautifully furnished and decorated. It had an amazing view and the location was very easy to navigate to the places we wanted to visit in and around Naples. A truly five star property with five star hosts. Thank you again!

Just Perfect!

This place was just beautiful! The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the apartment was bright, modern and very clean. But better than the unit were the wonderful hosts. They were so sweet and super helpful! They even offered to drive us to the beach the first day! We will definitely be back. It was such a pleasure meeting you Carolina and Gianfranco!

Magnificant house with a magnificant view

You will NOT find more charming and helpful host than Carolina and Gianfranco. They went beyond what we have experienced in providing the assistance and information we needed. The home is a modern gem and the glasswalk way is genius. The house provides you with everything you and your family need to be comfortable and to make you feel at home. Our family of five had our own bedrooms and baths. There was more than enough space. The icing on the cake is the terrace with its view of Capri and Mt. Vesuvius. Even though there is a large dining room ALL dining must be done on the terrace. Drinking espresso on the terrace, overlooking Capri and the sea, listening to the sounds of nature and the people....priceless. Thank you Carolina and Gianfranco for a lifetime of memories.
