It was cozy, kitchen was well supplied, enough linens, towels, blankets. Excellent location on the narrows with great views from the dock. Nancy was a great host! Look forward to next season.

View was pretty on the water. Host replied to questions right away. One problem bedroom on right needs new mattress and bedrooms could use new sheets. Plenty of towels.

We love this property. It's quiet & serene. The kitchen is well outfitted with sharp knives (a nice change from most STRs). Definitely would go back!

Great Place to Relax

We rented this location for a weekend and it is everything you would expect from a lake house. Nice dock, great water, canoes/kayaks, and a very comfortable home. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful weekend retreat

My wife and I had such a wonderful time staying here with our two dogs. The house was comfortable, clean, and charming; the location was quiet and serene; the views were beautiful. We had a great weekend hiking around. The host could not have been nicer or more attentive. We'd happily go back, thank you!

Comfortable Lake Home

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home on Kezar Lake. We loved the large windows and the light, the deck with its view of the lake, and enough bedrooms for our group. Our host, Nancy, was very responsive to our questions and flexible with arrangements. We would definitely return again.

Wonderful!

This was our second stay here and it was Amazing. The house has everything you could ask for to be cozy and comfortable and Nancy, our host, could not have been more responsive, accommodating and thoughtful in making sure everything we needed was there. We loved our daily swims and just hanging out as a family in the large living room. A home away from home!

Kezar Lake Getaway

Beautiful property on a dead-end road on lower section of Kezar Lake. No better place to leaf peep in autumn. Kayaks/canoe available with a dock to launch from. Went to a wedding at Eastman Hill Farm--lovely. Hills all around for hiking.

Lakeside getaway

My family loved our stay. The kayaks were in great shape. The house was clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that it would have be a bit safer if there had been a railing on the front walkway (it was especially slippery because of all the rain). The lake is so beautiful, not too developed, and we saw many loons.

Ice fishing on Kezar

My brothers, uncles, and cousin came up to ice fish in February. The house was exactly as advertised and we had an amazing stay. Nancy was great and the house is in a beautiful spot on a beautiful lake. We all hope to come back and enjoy the lake in the summer.

Thanks for a great experience on our favorite Lake.

Everything was great, smooth process from the first step. To those considering a trip, don't forget the bug spray, the mosquitoes are relentless from the car to the house. On the dock they were fine. Great trip and the fishing could not have been better.

Very nice

Great little spot. Had 8 me friends there for a fishing weekend. Geographical location is nice because it’s equidistant to bridge and southern section of KL. House had plenty of bedrooms and nice deck. No fire pit but the setup gravitates you to the tv room as it’s quite spacious. Nice house . Would recommend!

Perfect home base for a family wedding

We were in Lovell for a fall wedding at a nearby farm venue. This wonderful house was a great home base for our prep, with hiking trails very nearby, leaves turning, the lake, comfy beds, and a tremendous collection of books including lots of AMC guides and Maine lore. Our host was very kind, offering early check-in and late checkout which reduced stress for our busy, DIY crew. We will love to come back when there is more time for plain old relaxation!

Hidden Gem

My best friend and I stayed at this beloved family cottage with 1 dog over a long weekend. The property is easy to get to, perfectly situated close to the lake, with an accessible dock down a set of stairs. The dock has a beautiful view of the mountains off in the distance. It's on a dirt road and there's wonderful hiking trails nearby. The house itself is perfect for 2 friends, 2 couples or family with kids given the one floor layout, separation of the master bedroom/bath and 3 other bedrooms, bath down a separate hallway. It's very pet friendly! (selection of doggie bowls so helpful!) The kitchen had every tool, utensil you could imagine (we love to cook) and the house was extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great place to relax and enjoy fall in Maine. We'd love to rent this beloved family cottage again!
