A very clean and comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of room for 3 couples. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the traffic, very busy street but its a tradeoff for the convenient location. Would still recommend.

Best cottage in Berlin!

This cottage was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean, great amenities and perfect location right in the middle of Berlin. Right on Main Street, which is busy but inside was surprisingly well insulated from all the outside noise. There was a construction crew one morning basically right next door with heavy equipment and Jack hammering concrete, we couldn’t even hear it inside the master bedroom. Highly recommend this place, we will be coming back here again for sure!

Jeff was a great host and very responsive. There was an issue with the jetted tun on the 2nd floor but when we reached out to him for a resolution he was prompt in sending someone over to fix it. The cottage was nice and perfect for a family of 4. The windows were a bit drafty so we pulled the shades down where we could. Other than that it was a great location, great host and great stay!

We have stayed a several properties in the Berlin area the last few years. This was less clean and had heavy wear and tear. Would not recommend and will not book again.

Great Location

Right downtown on the Main Street. Easily walkable to just about anything in Berlin. Bathroom cold, no heating in it, but that was a minor issue. Nativity Parade was nice- so extremely cold though. Easy access to house. Well equipped kitchen for as small as it was. Went to Canton to Christmas Factory and Amish Country Theater. Both very nice events. Would highly recommend.
