Waipapa Place by the river

Modern comfortable architect designed bach, two sections back from the beach on the edge of the river.

Kayak up the river to the beach in one of our kayaks. There is a laser yacht for guests' use.

The section is large for children and there are tents if kids would like to sleep outside. The bunk room and spare bedroom are slightly separate from the main bedroom giving privacy to the those in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Wireless broadband is fast.
There's always a stack of dry firewood in the garage.
Weber gas barbecue.
Bed linen provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.

Special conditions:
Min 3 nights stay. Peak prices apply during public hols. Deposit of 25% required to confirm bookings as well as credit card # in case of damage. Bookings require 8 weeks cancellation notice. Full payment needed if rental is within 10 weeks. Max 8 people, we prefer fewer.
