Catalina Foothills La Paloma home with Best VIEW!

EASY one level living in an updated beautiful home where the VIEW of the Catalina Mountains centering on Finger Rock is AMAZING . The mountain views are great from the patio, living room, kitchen, dining and master bedroom. Just across from the golf course, the view is unobstructed from other homes or telephone poles. Very light and bright home. And oh so private and quiet in La Paloma Del Sol.

We rent from the first of the month until the end of the month during the high season which is Nov 1-April 30. Our HOA requires monthly stays.

A spacious master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, oversized chair for readings, new walk-in closet and large bathroom with double sinks. Additionally, the master suite wing is separated from the rest of the home to allow privacy from guests. The other wing includes a very large bedroom with a Queen bed, a cozy bedroom with another Queen bed, and a bathroom between the two rooms. There is also a den with office furniture and couch not pictured for working at home.

Newly carpeted bedrooms enhance the freshness of our Southwest furniture and quality artwork in the home. The 2400 sq foot home is very spacious feeling.
Start your morning(if nature cooperates) with picking fresh oranges or grapefruits and make sure make your own lemoncello from the lemons. Room to grow herbs for your cooking if longer stay.

We spend most of our time though in the large backyard across from Ridge 3 on La Paloma Golf Course. The flagstone patio has several seating areas to admire the mountains all day and evening- a large dining table with an umbrella, a shaded loveseat with a nice ceiling fan for some breeze, morning coffee and evening chats at the gas fire pit, and two comfy chaise lounge chairs for reading and relaxing.

The safety of a gated community near the most popular spot in Tucson is unmatched. Great walking paths for strolls anytime of the day. A community pool and spa is just a 100 yards away and it is rarely used so it's like having it to yourself. The flowers and cacti in this established neighborhood are gorgeous, giving the feeling of resort living.

We have lots of privacy in our backyard but just needed to walk in the neighborhood to see a bit more of the world. Lots of fantastic restaurants at La Encantada shopping center for take out and outdoor seating.There is so much to do outside in Tucson and this neighborhood is perfectly situated.

We do need to go over a few items with you before you book, so please contact me for a conversation. For the summer months(June-August) we give an A/C allowance. You will be responsible for the amount above that.
