We loved our stay. Beautiful position, surrounded by nature! The birdlife is unmatched. The vista was exceptional. Thoroughly loved our two nights stay.

Amazing location off the beaten track but with all the mod cons and great attention to detail. Spectacular even in winter with a covered bbq and fire place!

This place was a slice of kiwi heaven! The location is beautiful, perfect place to recover from life’s struggles. It’s isolated so you pretty much have the beach to yourselves.Also, having the spa is great for when the beach is a bit too chilly or after a cold dip.The owners are super friendly and accomodating as well, felt well taken care of. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay.

Great place to get away!

We had a wonderful time at the property. Enjoyed our time together as a family immensely. Slippery tiles and wood when wet were a bit challenging for seniors, but nothing you couldn’t work around once you got the lay if the land.

The house & location were fantastic. A beautiful spot. The house was immaculate with everything we could need & Karen was great - even dropping us home grown veges which were delicious. Highly recommend & will be staying again for sure

Stunning house and location.

Absolutely fantastic location, completely private property and beach. Hot tub very ralaxing after a swim. Immaculatly presented. Highly recommended.

Perfect

A beautiful house in an idyllic setting. Third time I’ve visited and will be back again. Highlights are a relaxing spa overlooking the ocean, waking up to sun and birdsong, and being right on the beach.

Relaxing getaway

The house and setting are fabulous. Well-equipped home with everything you could need- lovely linen on the beds for a great sleep, warm outdoor shower, rooftop spa, lots of deck areas with plenty of sun and shade zones, beautiful gardens and lots of bird life. The secluded beach is a short stroll down the garden path. Great communication from the host. We had a truly relaxing week away here. Would love to stay again!

Unbeatable

The reviews about this special place are accurate. With a large family group coming and going from the beach, it was easy. When you book this place you are gaining an experience, and unique memories. The hosts set the benchmark for being hospitable and accomodating. We all began talking about when we were planning to come back before we even left.

Best place on earth

Total private beach, garden and bush are a piece of art and to top it all the spa and the beautiful house make you feel like you are on another planet. The owners are adorable and in sync with the nature lifestyle, you will never want to go back to civilisation ever. We returned for the 5th time and can’t wait to go back.

Stunning location beautiful home

Beautiful property in a stunning location. The hose was super well equipped and very clean. The private beach is a highlight and we would definitely stay again.

Long weekend at the hideaway

The property was just great - exactly as described, in a wonderful location, clean and well supplied for our weekend. Communication with Karen was quick and easy and she was very accommodating. We’ve had a really special weekend and would love to stay here again.
