Welcome to this stunning villa with breathtaking views over the Shotover River, set in the sought-after Arthur`s Point area. Ideal for groups of up to 12, the property offers three fireplaces, a spa pool, BBQ, and garden, all just a short drive from Coronet Peak ski field.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE FULL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

IMPORTANT: Groups of 1–8 guests have access to the main house only (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, two living areas, dining area, laundry, balcony, garden and spa pool). Groups of 9–12 guests also gain access to the self-contained annex, adding two further bedrooms, a living area, bathroom and second kitchen.

The main house features two living areas, each with a large gas fireplace and sweeping views across the Shotover River valley and surrounding mountains. The annex offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge with a log burner, and its own kitchen — giving plenty of room for two families or a group of friends to share the space comfortably.

The main house deck is a wonderful spot for an après-ski drink, a BBQ, or simply relaxing with a book while listening to birdsong from the hills. The spa pool sits beside a sheltered lawn, great for children to play or adults to soak up the sun.

Just 10 minutes from central Queenstown and 10–15 minutes from Coronet Peak, and around 15 minutes from Queenstown Airport, this property offers both privacy and easy access.

A complimentary concierge service is available to assist with bookings, and can arrange extras such as a private chef, in-garden yoga sessions, spa treatments, and more.
All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.

A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalant to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.

What an amazing house! Beautifully decorated with great amenities and the most incredible view. There was plenty of space for my big, extended family and we all had the best time. It’s a great location too and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Wonderful place and very engaged management company, I’d definitely book again!

Lovely stay

Lovely and well appointed house, plenty of room both indoor and outdoor. Everything you need for cooking, cleaning etc provided. Really nice toiletries were a nice surprise.

Extended Family Birthday trip

Fantastic property, all amenities we needed within 5-10minute drive of Queenstown. House was beautiful and well supplied. All matched photos. Communication with team was great, provided easy check in and check out times. Would definitely recommend.

Location is key

This beautiful big home offered everything our large group needed plenty of good bedrooms. 3 bathrooms 4 toilets no one having to wait. All we needed was food and clothes the rest was at our fingertips even the firerwood in the anex was ready to go. The spa pool was fantastic and the views from the deck were awesome never got sick of watching the shot over jet doing 360's below us. The location was only a 5min drive to Queenstown cbd . All the fun stuff felt it was only a stone's throw away. Back to the home. The big gas firer places heat pumps everywhere cold was never an issue. Also the privacy was fantastic with big mature hedges all around we felt very secluded. To the team that meet us at the property what great service a friendly phone call when we landed helped us on our journey with making sure we new where the supermarket was the car rentals and even meeting us at the property to check in a little bit earlier made it very easy and welcoming. I recommend this beautiful home to everyone who is thinking of staying here. The family are already planning the next trip and this home is a big part of that thanks for letting us stay. THE WRIGHTS .

My Family and I had a lovely stay at this property. It was fully furnished and had an amazing view to wake up and look out at every morning. Loved every part about Queenstown and will definitely be returning. Stress free and easy property managers to deal with. Thanks guys ??
