The Space:

There are six bedrooms in total each having a Superking bed fitted with luxury hotel linen. All beds except within master bedroom, can be split into two King singles. Adjacent Bedroom 4 & 5 on ground floor share Bathroom 4. All other bedrooms have their own private full bathroom ensuite.

Enjoy the spaciousness with three different outdoor seating areas! You can relax in the garden right outside ground floor bedrooms 4 and 5. Upstairs, there are two more lovely spots – one next to the amazing spa pool, and another right by the BBQ area with a great view of the lake. The whole villa has central heating to keep you cozy, and an open log fireplace creating a wonderful atmosphere. And for the ultimate relax, there's a steam room waiting for you in the downstairs bathroom 4!

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including the private garden and expansive driveway, which offers ample parking for multiple vehicles or trailers. Revel in the seclusion and privacy of this luxurious retreat.

With plenty of out door decking both back and front of the property accessed by easy opening French windows

The property has a wonderful indoor out door flow.

To protect our property and maintain community standards, as a professional host we partner with an approved software partner. After booking, you will receive a secure link to your Guest Boarding Pass to complete a standard verification and choose your preferred damage protection option:

1. Refundable Security Deposit: A temporary $750.00 authorization hold placed on your card 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after checkout, pending no damage.

2. Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: A one-time waiver fee of $75.00 that waives your liability for accidental damage up to $750.00

Please note: Check-in instructions and property access are available after one of these options is selected. Most guests choose the NZ$75.00 damage waiver for simplicity.
