Bali Haven - Part of Coromandel Eco Sanctuary. Pet Friendly/Tranquil/Chimenea

The Bali Haven is a studio style accommodation that will offer you a peaceful, serene environment and looks out to organic gardens and Native Bush - A very magical place.

This pet friendly property is situated on nearly ¾ of an acre, and is just over 3 kms from Coromandel township and is opposite the famous Driving Creek Railway, (quiet train) and Zipline.
You can't help but admire the special touches this place has to offer, from the water features, to furnishings, to the vast well tendered gardens that surround the entire complex - truly amazing.

Just meters from your room is the spacious outdoor/undercover Balinese style bathroom, kitchen and lounge area, complete with a Chimenea fireplace, The kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, small fridge and cooking utensils you will need. It does not have an oven.
These facilities are shared if our "Bali Room" sleeping a maximum of 3 guests is occupied.

Diana, the owner of the premises, lives in a separate studio apartment, but is completely unobtrusive. She is on hand should you need any type of assistance.

There is room for a Portacot and highchair which is available if required.

We are an Eco Friendly property and recycling is encouraged. Only 100% natural cleaning products are used.

We had a wonderful stay. Place was unique with beautiful gardens. Extremely clean and the shared amenities were great. Very accommodating host. Highly recommend for a short stay and great base to Coromandel township.

Very nice setting and surroundings. Dianne who appears to be the onsite manager of the property (but not the owner) was very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Loved the very special Bali Haven. Diana was so helpful. Our little dog was made to feel very welcome. Fantastic garden and secluded special spot. Would love to come again.

Bali hut bliss

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly and helpful host and the location was excellent for day trips around the coromandel. Accommodation was comfortable and perfect for a couples getaway and all facilities were great. Highly recommend Bali hut as a place to stay in the coromandel.

Host and grounds were lovely but the weather unfortunately was dreadful. Having to go out to the kitchen and bathroom areas in the rain was not pleasant, However the host did supply an umbrella which was great.

Fantastic getaway

Thank you for having us! We really enjoyed the bright spacious room and were very impressed by the design of the shared living areas. It was a pleasure to meet Diane and we appreciate the shovel for the Hot Water Beach! Overall, great vibes and a very enjoyable experience.

Calming

Just what we needed, well earned break far from the busy city. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility and beauty that was on offer. The Bali theme was an unbelievable experience that I can recommend to anyone. We will be heading back soon for more...thank you.

Cute but little privacy

The overall stay was great, so was the woman who owns it. We loved that most of the facilities were outdoors but still very clean. It’s just how close our room was from the owners house… It didn’t feel like we had much privacy. She could see right into our room while being outside, we ended up closing the blinds our whole stay. Other than that it was a great stay, in a great spot.

Bush Peace & Serenity

The property is exactly how it is described, a Bali Haven. Significant thought has been put in by the host to ensure their guests needs are all catered for. An adult venue not really suitable for younger children.It is an excellent base for making day trips in the upper half of the Coromandel Peninsula and is close to Coromandel Township for excellent meals and any resources you might need during your stay.

Amazing stay with lots of amenities!!

The room was clean, unique, and beautiful, and the location was the perfect distance from the downtown area.There is another side home where other people are living, so you do potentially share a common space (shower, bathroom, kitchen) with others, but everyone we encountered during our stay was amazing! The shower, kitchen, and bathroom are covered, but still essentially outdoors, so keep that in mind during specific seasons/times of year! The host was very nice and welcoming. She took time to show us around the property and gave great recs for food/activities. Overall the property was beautiful and there we will definitely stay again when we return!

Had a beautiful, quiet stay at the Bali haven and couldn't rave about it more. The host was lovely, everything was clean and just like the pictures, absolutely loved my stay. Will be back again

Absolutely stunning stay.

We were met by the host who was so incredibly kind and welcoming. Showed us around her beautiful home which had a calm Bali retreat feel. Incredibly clean. We stayed three nights to escape the hustle and bustle of busy lives, and it was perfect. We feel so revived and well rested. Thank you for having us we will be back! Michaela and Damon

An absolute gem!

We had a brilliant mini break at the Eco Sanctuary. The property is total gem - cozy, clean and very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen and shower are so unique and awesome. The fire chiminea was such a treat! Diane is the most welcoming and hospitable host. Thank you for being so wonderful to our little Felix! We will definitely return!
