Konoha Escape was built and designed to provide everyone, from all walks of life with the opportunity to enjoy modern and luxury-style living at a fraction of the price.
Konoha Escape with Aircon in the lounge, Unlimited Internet, Fenced pool, Smart TV, Secluded outside bath area, outside entertainment area, oven and cook top, microwave, fridge & washing machine.

For group bookings we also have Konoha Sanctuary villa next door.

Things to note before you book:
- Checkout is strictly 10am and Check in is 4pm.
This allows our cleaners and maintenance crew enough time to clean and do any repairs before our next check in.
- Neighborhood dogs bark on occasion at night.
- Roosters may crow in the mornings.
- We are on the backroad, not on the beach.
- Best to have a rental vehicle.
- Policy: Single reservation check out date
Multiple checkout dates within a single booking are not permitted.

Had a great stay at the Konoha Escape Villa. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4. The short road up hill to the house was a little rough, but take it slowly and no issues at all. Miss that road already haha. The kids spent hours in the pool, it’s a perfect entertaining space for the family. Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay though there were a couple of things that could have been better:1. When we arrived an electrician was installing a new fan in one of the bedrooms. 2. The outside fan didn’t work so called owner and next day a new fan was installed.3. Couldn’t get anything on the TV, guys it’s just there for gamers.4. Couldn’t get the oven to work (no power), nothing in the compendium. Called owner, electrician came again late following day. Found a switch hidden behind food in pantry. I’ve written it into the compendium.5. One of the ceiling lights in the kitchen very dim, didn’t worry about it. 6. Cleaning fee 200 OK, but then what is the 454.25 service fee on top of that.All up though we enjoyed our time at Konica Escape, place was nice and the owner was very responsive.

Thank you Kevin for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our responsiveness. Unfortunately, the fans needed replacing, and we had to arrange the work around the electricians availability. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused. Regarding the TV, it is a Smart TV that allows guests to log in to their own Netflix and other streaming accounts. As we only have one local TV channel available, we feel this provides guests with more viewing options. The oven simply needed to be turned on using the power switch in the pantry. We appreciate you adding this information to the compendium to help future guests. Had we been informed about the dim kitchen light during your stay, we would have arranged for it to be replaced at the same time as the other maintenance work. We will replace this asap. Regarding the service fee, this is charged by the booking platform and is separate from our cleaning fee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these additional platform charges. We always do our best to address any concerns promptly and ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. Thank you again for staying with us. We're pleased that, overall, you enjoyed your time at our property.

Cute Sweet and Comfortable

A home away from home (except better) is all i can say about this villa. Was comfortable and had everything that our little family needed. It was easy to get ahold of the host when we needed to. I will definitely be using this villa again for future stays in Rarotonga. Thank you for providing a great space and location.

Lovely house, description spot on from the ad. Great location close to town. I do recommend transport. Otherwise very comfortable.

Luxury at it Finest

Loved everything about this beautiful house. Very clean and tidy. The pool was superb to swim on the hot sunny days. Used the Air Con at night. My kids loved that there was WiFi. The Host Natalie was awesome and quick to reply to messages. Do note that the google map directions on Bookabach App are wrong so follow the the directions the host sends you. Will miss this beautiful house. It will forever be my go to place when ever i visit Rarotonga. Will highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Natalie for sharing your beautiful relaxing home with my family.

Enjoyable

Owner very pleasant and helpful, but unfortunately the cleaners hadn’t been before we arrived. It was sorted as soon as we asked. While the pool was beautiful to look at, it was difficult to get out of as it had a ver large step with no hand rails. All other facilities were great. Thank you
