The pool area and beach access are definitely favorites at this home! We're very sorry to hear about the unfortunate experiences that impacted your trip. We certainly understand how unsettling those events would be. While the incident you referenced did not occur in the immediate area of this home, we recognize that hearing about an event like that – especially on vacation – can understandably affect your sense of comfort and peace of mind. We’re also very sorry to hear that your vehicle was broken into and can only imagine the frustration that must have been. Hilton Head has long been regarded as a safe and welcoming vacation destination, and incidents like these are not representative of what the vast majority of our visitors and residents experience. We hope this provides some reassurance, while fully recognizing that your experience understandably left you feeling different.
