Welcome to 115 Dune Lane, a place for vacation memories which last a lifetime.

Nestled in the heart of North Forest Beach, our beautifully furnished six bedroom oceanfront home welcomes you with antique heart of pine flooring and majestic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering full views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from the moment you open the door.

On the main level, a spacious living room with large SMART HDTV, a dining room with built in buffet and an open gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar allow for wonderful family gatherings and meals.

A powder room is located off the living area.

The master suite is located on the main level. The suite has a king bed, double vanities, jetted bath and large walk-in shower. The suite opens onto the pool deck with a full ocean view.

A spacious laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer are available.

The pool deck is equipped with a dining table and chairs, chaise lounges, side tables, gas grill and a covered gazebo. Pool and beach toys are abundant. There is a private boardwalk from the pool deck to the beach. The hot tub and pool are connected with a flowing waterfall. PLEASE NOTE: . POOL IS DIRECTLY BEHIND HOME AND IS NOT FENCED IN. PARENTAL SUPERVISION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $550 FOR THE POOL AND SPA HEAT TO BE TURNED ON.

The upstairs master suite (queen bed, private bath) adjoins its own private sitting room which opens to the deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Enjoy coffee in bed as you watch the sun rise! The private sitting room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a TV and DVD player.

The Upstairs King # 1 in the main house is beautifully furnished with a king bed and a private bath and opens to a private balcony with ocean view.

The Upstairs King # 2 in the main house has a comfortable king bed, a private bath, a sitting area with love seat, and its own oceanfront deck.

'The Loft' has two sets of bunk beds and plantation shutters which reveal a majestic horizon.

'The Treehouse' bedroom has two beautiful wrought iron twin beds as well as a private bath. Beds can be converted to a king, when needed.

Each bedroom is beautifully furnished and has its own television and DVD player.

There is also a separate family room with a 65inch HD Smart TV. Games and videos allow entertainment for all.

A full size refrigerator/freezer and a full bath in game room.

Two queen sleeper sofas are located in the game room.

Enjoyed our stay even thru hurricane!

Great place for our family vacation! House and property is well maintained with plenty of games and puzzles and even a piano for indoor fun along with the nice pool and huttub outdoors. They even brought us plenty of flashlights and batteries in case of power outage during Hurricane Helene. Luckily we didn't lose power. We loved our stay.

Amazing beach front home

Beautiful location as it's directly on the beach with a quick bike ride or walk to Coligny. The set up of the many bedrooms allowed us the perfect configuration for our family reunion trip.

Perfect location

Very comfortable home in fantastic location. Beautiful outdoor area with ocean views from almost every room. Very well stocked home and all the beach towels and chairs were a nice touch! The pool area was awesome! The owners were always very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely return to this house again. The short and private path to the quiet beach was icing on the cake! We hated to leave!

All was good and very comfortable. In the upstairs king bedrooms - water in tub drained very slow and other bedroom , the bathroom floor was very slippery. Guest fell in bathroom but did not get hurt.

great family vacation place

We loved spending a week here with lots of family members. It was a great place for all ages with the game room for kids, pool and hot tub. Convenient location and comfortable house with such easy beach access. We'll be back soon!

Great location

We had a wonderful time and the weather cooperated thank goodness! The house had more than enough bedrooms for us all. The kitchen refrigerator was extremely slow on ice cube making, but game room refrigerator ice maker worked well. Missed having a pool skimmer to use. The trees near pool were dropping little black seeds (or something) that accumulated in pool and on the deck of the pool area. Small inconveniences that in scheme of things weren’t that bad. Hint - when shopping for supplies buy ant spray for outside, we went through a few cans for pool deck area and area leading to the beach. No ants inside the house.

This home is in an ideal location on the beach. If you are looking for a large home that will accommodate multiple families and kids, this is it! Well maintained and furnished. has everything that you could possibly need. Excellent choice!

Great Property

Property was as advertised. Being able to swim in the pool and hot tub and enjoy life on the pool deck while seeing and hearing the ocean waves was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family and the property manager was responsive when we needed assistance. Exactly what you want from a vacation rental in Hilton Bead.

Fabulous location with beach access plus pool!!!

This property was perfect for our multigenerational family with large indoor and outdoor seating and tables! Great beach access with option for kids to also enjoy the pool and hot tub! Bedroom situation with everyone having a private bath was perfect and the game room allowed the kids to play cards while the adults relaxed in the family room. Kitchen was well stocked (needs a can opener) and outside gas grill appreciated! This house is baby friendly with pack and plays, high chair and baby gates! Lots of books and games to use! Only issues were the overall cleanliness of the property… the rugs are pretty gross, the chair seats and cushions are stained and need to be replaced, as are the dust ruffles on most of the beds. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean but there is peeling paint and water stains from leaks throughout the house. Loved the location and amenities but the house could stand to be freshened up quite a bit!

A Great Family Adventure!

We planned a family get together for the 16 of us (including kids and grandkids) for summer 2020, and needless to say, COVID made that impossible.. We have been waiting a long time for this, and enjoying the time at this great property on the beach in Hilton Head made it all possible. The beach house easily slept all 16 of us, and the time between the pool, the beach, and excursions made it all worthwhile. The property manager was easy to work with and answered all of our questions along with providing great instructions.

Perfect location, Property manager was great!

Our family iss 8 adults, 7 children (3-13 years), and we rented early June, 2022. The location of the property is perfect. Just a short 10 min bike ride to Coligny Square. The beach in front of the home is lovely and huge. The property manager was a dream to work with. I would highly recommend the location and the manager, David. As for the house....it certainly was big enough to accomodate all of us. But we felt the pictures were a little deceiving. It's not as big and "open" as we thought it would be. And there are a number of things that need upgrading. The kitchen frig icemaker was frozen up, so we never had use of it for the week. The stove and oven controls are completely worn off, so it was difficult to figure out which dial went with which burner / oven. Little things - like light bulbs not working, broken window covering slats, dusty fixtures, one of the pool loungers totally ripped and unuseable, etc. In the end, because of the expense of renting this home for a week, we were expecting a little higher quality home.** **I DO want to mention that, when we read that beach towels were not included, I wrote to the manager. When we arrived at the home, there were 2 boxes from Amazon with 24 new beach towels waiting for us!! Also, there were new beach chairs and new pots and pans. In speaking with him, he mentioned that they ARE working to upgrade this home. Bottom line - because of the location and ease of working with David, we would recommend this home.

Perfect vacation

It was our first time in Hilton Head. This house is probably the best we ever rented. There was plenty of room for everyone, 7 adults & 8 kids under 12. Beds were very comfortable. The towels that were provided were very nice. We were just steps from the beach. The kitchen was so well stocked & had really decent new/new-ish pots & pans to use. I was amazed at the "library of books" this house had & plenty of games too! It's apparent that the owners take great care to insure a comfortable stay. The location is great, it's about a .09 mile walk to shops, excellent ice cream & restaurants. We loved every minute of our vacation.

Pool, hot tub and beach combination!!!

The property has great amenities and location. It can handle a lot of people which is good and bad. With that said, a lot of people equals a lot to clean. Maybe to much for it to take place in 4/6 hours. The manager was great and very accessible and again the beach, hot tub, pool combination is hard to beat. We enjoyed our stay.
