Easy Street features a warm, modern upscale décor with a rustic equestrian feel that sleeps 6 max. Situated on the West edge of town with convenient access to WEC, hike and bike trail, fairgrounds, restaurants and more. An oversized attached garage for guests to use during their stay. LR with 50" 4k smart TV and electric fireplace. Both BR's with 40" 4k TV's. A twin fold away bed with a 5” dual (soft/firm) memory foam mattress is located in living room. Work desk is provided for our business travelers. Wifi and cable. Patio with dining table, gas grill. Fully stocked kitchen.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We really loved this place. We are showing at WEC and enjoyed our short drive to the horse show. The beds were comfy, lots of towels, and just a very relaxing atmosphere. We will be back!

WEC trip Should Be Fine Farm

Wonderful place. Had just what we need close to WEC. Clean, cushy beds, wonderfully hot shower for all 5 of us. Great communication. Would definitely book again when we come back!

WEC user heaven

We stayed at this location because of a week long show at WEC. The property was perfectly located, extremely clean and very user friendly. It had everything we needed. Will book again some day for sure.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and very comfortable and the property manager’s communications were timely and thorough. It’s just a couple of miles from WEC and quite convenient.

Perfect property

From the minute we pulled into the driveway this home was nothing but spectacular! we have stayed here in the past not only is it immaculately clean the furnishings are beautiful everything is stocked that you need to enjoy a wonderful stay !will definitely use this property when traveling to Wilmington

A wonderful home away from home!

This was a perfect property for a visit. We were in the area because we were horse showing at the World Equestrian Center. We found the Rustic Equestrian to be a perfect place to rest, rejuvenate (and do laundry!) after a long day at WEC. We will stay here every time we are in the area!

Lovely home!

Heath was an excellent host. The home was beautifully maintained and immaculately clean, and very comfortable (even the pillows!). Checkin/checkout was a breeze. Perfect for our weekend getaway with friends for the Ren Fest and some hiking.

Perfection in Wilmington

Communication from Heath was incredible. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt comfortable. The check in was a breeze and we were pleasantly surprised when opening the door. Heath had the air conditioner on, lights on and even had relaxing fish aquarium on the TV for my kids. Everything was clean and comfortable. We could not have been happier with our stay and would love to stay again on our next trip to Wilmington. This is a 5 - star stay. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Heath!

Great place to stay while at WEC!

A great place to stay while showing at WEC! The host was very responsive and accommodating! Immaculate place in a very quiet and kept up neighborhood and is a short easy drive to the show grounds!

Perfect for WEC!

Great rental. Only minutes from WEC

Comfortable, homey, and close to WEC facilities if you are in town for horse shows. It rained both days we were there, so the garage is a great plus.

Great property...minutes from WEC!

This is a great property...especially if you are looking for a lower cost option for a stay while showing at WEC. Heath has everything covered from plenty of linens to cleaning/washing supplies. The property was very clean and worked perfectly for us for early mornings and late nights as it is less than 5 minutes down the road from WEC. We recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

Heath is a local realtor; he also owns and manages several rental properties in Wilmington. Heath holds an A & P license and formerly worked a combined 27 years at Wilmington Air Park holding various management positions, including Aircraft Maintenance Project Manager and Production Supervisor. Trish is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in working with the geriatric population. We were married on our property in 2003. We have a son and two granddaughters. With 25 years of owning and managing rental properties, it is a great addition to our portfolio. We have enjoyed meeting all kinds of people and have made lasting friends since starting our vacation rentals.

We live 5 min from the property and are available if you should need anything during your stay.

We either personally check you in or we stage the unit for your arrival with lights on and ask that you contact us so that we know you have arrived safely.
