Welcome to our beautiful pool house, located in a small, quiet beach community. Conveniently located just 6 blocks from family-friendly Union Beach, on the Raritan Bay between Keyport and Sandy Hook. Leisurely walk to the beach.

The house is a short drive to other popular destinations including Historic Keyport (5 min drive), Keansburg Beach and Amusement Park/Water Park (10 min drive), Sandy Hook beach and recreation areas (20 min drive), and Six Flags (45 min drive). The location provides easy access to other Jersey Shore beach destinations for convenient day trips. There is also a great park less than a block from the house (just on the corner!), Scholer Park, with a playground, pickle and basketball courts, and more. Take a stroll/bike ride on the nearby Henry Hudson Trail.

The property has a private, heated salt-water pool (complete with hot tub and waterfall) open May through early September. (We may be able to accommodate beyond these dates by request.)

Inside, the house features an open-concept, fully-stocked kitchen and living area with sliding doors that open out onto the deck and outdoor dining area. Steps from the deck lead down to the pool with additional dining and lounge areas.

Off the kitchen is a large dining room with plenty of seating. An optional high chair, booster seat, and children's chair/table set are provided for little guests. There is also a convenient half bath and large laundry room on this floor. The remote-controlled gas fireplace in the living room provides coziness and warmth throughout the seasons.

Top floor features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths:

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed w/ En-suite full bathroom, featuring double sinks and full shower with glass doors/rainshower shower head. Large wall-mounted TV. There is also a desk/work area in this room, as well as a walk-in closet with built-in drawers and shelves.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (w/ wall-mounted TV and large closet)
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (w/ wall-mounted TV and large closet)
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds (w/ wall-mounted TV and large closet)
*Don't need all these beds? We are happy to convert one of the extra bedrooms into a designated home office or kids room if arranged in advance. Please inquire for details. A crib or toddler bed is also available upon request.

Large upstairs 2nd bathroom features tub/shower combo and is easily accessed by all bedrooms from the hallway.

Towels, linens, and pool/beach towels are provided. We will also leave an initial supply of hand and bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels so you have everything you need upon move-in. Rental fees also include professional housekeeping once per month (additional can be arranged.)

Parking: There are two garage spaces and two driveway spaces, plus additional storage space on the ground level.

Important Notes:
**Absolutely no large parties, no events. Please keep noise levels to a minimum in the evenings and be respectful of our neighbors when outside.**

**Heated pool and hot tub are generally open May through early September. We may be able to keep them open beyond these dates by request.**

**This is a 3-story home. The main living areas are on the 2nd floor, with the bedrooms on the top (3rd) floor. The ground floor consists of the garage, storage area, and an entranceway/mudroom.**
