House is located on a privately run family compound. This spacious 3 bedroom home is located on a waterfront lot along the Shrewsbury River. Large modern kitchen including counter top seating with open floor plan, hardwood floors, central air conditioning. The three bedrooms are all appointed with queen size beds and cable t.v.. Steps away from restaurants, fishing, night life and other local attractions. Walk across the bridge to Sandy Hook beach and Gateway National Park. Convenient commute to New York by local Ferry. This beautiful unit is fully furnished move in ready.

This was the second time we stayed here and we already can't wait to book again next year! The house has everything you could possibly need, the location is amazing, and the host is so nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend!

This was the second time my family stayed here and we love it! It’s close to a lot including the beach, ice cream, restaurants. The house is clean and communication with the host is easy! We recommend for your beach stay!

Could not ask for a better house in a more perfect location. The house has everything as advertised and is in close walking proximity to all restaurants. Will definitely be back next year.

The house worked very well for us! It was easy to get to, clean and comfortable. Gary was a wonderful and welcoming host—-he answered questions promptly, made it easy to come and go and was flexible. We enjoyed our stay and will consider returning in the future.

The property is clean and beautiful. We just happened to be their season opening customer and ran into a bit of heating issue. But they resolved it right away and compensated with flexible checkout. Very friendly and responsive.
