This luxurious top floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property in Dead Man's Flats, AB, offers unobstructed forest and mountain views, along with access to a hot tub, pool, and fitness room. The unit features two king beds, a comfortable queen pullout, and 3 TVs. Additionally, it includes private laundry, an open-concept living area, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and access to a gym, pool, hot tub, and underground parking. Guests also receive a Banff Park Pass.


Welcome to Sparrowhawk Lodge! This brand-new unit comfortably accommodates 6 people. The property features 3 Smart TVs with Disney +, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi, as well as a patio with a BBQ offering views of Grotto Mountain and a flowing creek. The resort provides access to a hot tub, pool, fitness room, and hiking trails.

Conveniently located just a short 1-hour drive from Calgary International Airport, this property is an ideal base for exploring Alberta's Rocky Mountains. With easy access to the Trans Canada Highway, it's just a short and scenic 10-minute drive to Canmore and 20 minutes to Banff.

The unit includes two bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed and a 55" Smart TV. Bedroom #1 features an ensuite 3-piece bathroom, while Bedroom #2 has access to a full bathroom with a shower and tub. Luisa was a great host, very accommodating and was easily available for any questions or concerns,the unit was very clean and the views from the unit are beautiful .would highly recommend staying and we look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again! The property was very clean, well managed and perfect location for our needs. Parking was convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfectly heated. Kitchen well stocked. Nice touches with Park pass, complimentary wine and easy to use property guide.

The experience was incredible. The apartment is beautiful and super well maintained. The host was amazing with all the comunication. Location is perfect. Close to the mountains, close to the city for anything you may need. Extremally clean. Hot tub is super nice, in a more reserved area and the parking was super easy!

What a wonderful stay! This condo is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, super well maintained and really well appointed… you can absolutely see the pride of ownership and great care for the place - it was a home away from home! We had the chance to use the hot tub, pool and gym - all of which were pristine and well maintained.The unit faces the trees behind the building which made it nice and quiet (couldn’t hear the highway itself) and the little coffee shop right at the building was a nice treat. The owner was great to communicate with, always with super speedy replies. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this unit.

Luisa's place was so nice and comfortable. It definitely feels brand new and is super clean. I thought the decor was tasteful. The kitchen had everything you'd need. I used the hot tub once and it was nice; just got a little crowded. The gym looked great as well. The place is not far from Canmore and Banff. It definitely was a nice home base for our hiking. Would highly recommend!

Great location great room we had a wonderful stay I would recommend this unit. Positives were that the beds were comfortable, they left some wine and Canadian chocolate bars my Texan son in laws first visit to Canada thought that was pretty neat. I understand why not…but always nice to have a unit that allows pets.

Unit itself was great. Bright, cheerful, clean, fresh, new. Building is all short term rentals. No actual residents. Always see people carrying bags in and out. Otherwise it's perfectly located to be able to get into Canmore, Banff, and Lake Louise.

Such a clean, nice and comfy two bedrooms and two bathrooms apartments. We can see the owner use her heart to take care the property and customers. The time when we stepped in is the same we are at home. Everything is ready, such as cooking ware, utensils, and so on. We would come back again definitely. THANK YOU, LUISA!

Winter hiking get away

New property, very clean and as described on add. Great location for hiking Canmore/Banff/Lake Louise areas. We were a group of six.We did run into a few issues, at no fault of the host we found the dishwasher inoperable, we had no pool towels in the condo and not sure why but the entry code was changed on day 3 of our 4 day stay. The host helped us gain re-entry.The pool/gym and hot tub were excellent, we would stay here again in the future.
