This accommodation features a private entrance, a charmingly illuminated patio area complete with a fire table and cozy furniture. Our family was impressed with this clean, modern, very aesthetic carriage house. It was quiet, private, and it had everything we could ever need. The beds were comfortable and linens were great. The Highlands area is beautiful and very peaceful. Thank you so much!

The private apartment was comfortable and well-appointed. We had everything we needed. Very much appreciated the blackout shade in the bedroom. Lovely area with lots to tree.

Our extended stay here has been outstanding. First impressions are lasting, and we have only great things to say about all aspects of this property and its hosts.Excellent, timely, communications. Attractive, spacious, and welcoming accommodations. All in the picturesque, relaxing, and restorative Highlands (but still close to civilization, entertainment, food & bevs!)All around fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Tree Top Bliss

One of the best places we've stayed. Very well stocked, super clean, beautiful forest views. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pet friendly, treats left out for them and a sweet little bed they loved. Beautiful view, peaceful, quiet. Space was clean and tidy with comfortable beds.

A fabulous place to stay

This is a very clean, bright, and beautiful place. We really enjoyed our time here. It has everything you need to be comfortable and relax after a fun day exploring Victoria and area. I highly recommend this gem in the treetops!

Quiet little getaway in the forest

Highly recommend! This is a beautifully designed and detailed space. The owners have thought of everything. Easy check in, great communication, very quiet and private. We loved staying here.

Beautiful clean property with a great location. Close too many homes and central to doing excursions, close to Victoria and Sooke. Lance is extremely helpful with tips on the area and quick to respond if you need help with anything. Would recommend and will be going back if I'm ever in the area again!

A nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay tucked up in the hills and treetops. Would definitely recommend it!

We stayed there for a job we were doing a on the island. Great spot, clean, nice surrounding area. Lance was quicj to respond to any questions or changes to the booking.

Relax in the Highlnds

Beautiful relaxing 'home away from home'. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities you may need. The drive was absolutely beautiful to this location and the property was very quiet and you're surrounded by natue. Very relaxing. Would highly reccommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Highlands. This was the perfect way to relax after staying right in the middle of everything in downtown Victoria. We had a nice hike up to the Jocelyn lookout in Gowlland Tod Park as well. Great spot. Thanks.

Great home away from home!

Me and my pup had such an amazing stay in the Highlands! We had to find a place for a month while our house underwent some restoration and this place really was such a beautiful home away from home. Thanks to the hosts, this stressful time felt like a vacation. They were great communicators and the place had everything we could have ever needed! Thank you for opening up this place!

Highlands Retreat

Great place to stay. Our pups had a difficult time, there was no grassy areas, and tree sap (pitch) on walkway was quite messy. Maybe consider putting up an A frame

Hi Patti, thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. We are surrounded by trees, a park down the road and lots of places to walk your dogs. As for the sap, we completely agree, my husband power washes the walk way before every guest stay and we are working on finding a permanent solution for the sap from the tree in the walkway. Unfortunately that is a downfall to living amongst nature. Take care, Amber and Lance

Wonderful Stay!

Our family stayed here during spring break, and it felt like a breath of fresh air being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life! The home is wonderfully decorated and was well-equipped for all our needs. The location is truly gorgeous and it is so, so peaceful being up in the treetops. The property is also conveniently close to hiking trails, which is what we spent majority of our time doing. We really appreciated the addition of a dog bed and dog bowls. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again!

Lovely stay amongst the trees

Really enjoyed staying in the suite. Surrounded by forest and lots of wildlife. It was quiet and peaceful. Loved being able to have our own patio area with comfortable chairs around a fire pit. Suite itself was very well built, very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable getaway. We were able to go on a nice hike in the Gowland Todd provincial park which was about 5 minutes away and also find dog friendly restaurants close by.

A beautiful, well-appointed apartment set in peaceful surroundings. Nestled in nature, yet still only a short ten minute drive to shops and restaurants. Also really convenient for the great hiking trails in the area. Highly recommended!
