Newly renovated 2 bedroom one bathroom area in my home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. This space can comfortably sleep 4 guest. Enjoy all the amenities of home.... relax on a modern leather sectional, 50 inch Flat screen TV with cable, electric fireplace with a heater, , free WIFI. Relax in an outdoor seating area off your entrance with a propane bbq . Everything you need for a perfect get away!
The suite is located 10 mins from the ferry and a quick 10 mins to the Airport. A beautiful beach within a 5-10 min walk down the street. You can easily walk to downtown Sidney in about 20 mins where you can enjoy shops , restaurants, cafes, movie theater and the ferry to the states.

This was a very convenient place for us to stay while we visited the area. The apartment had everything that you would ever need and we were pleasantly surprised to find fruit, milk, cream, english muffins and butter in the fridge for our use. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and although the owners were above us, we hardly ever heard a thing so it was very quiet. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The host was very easy to deal with and very helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and included a coffee machine. The host provided a complimentary breakfast on arrival. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Dave’s place was a perfect spot for our family to crash after a busy day in and around Sidney for a reasonable price. The breakfast supplies and coffee left for us was a nice surprise!

The apartment had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Quiet neighbourhood and just a few minutes from "downtown" Sidney. Host Dave was attentive, provided some very nice "extra touches", and was quick to respond to any queries.

We really appreciated the door between the bedrooms and the living room. It allowed for a good nights sleep for some while others were in the living room chatting and snacking. Close to bus routes and 5 minutes away from ferry terminal. Will definitely come back.

Dave was very responsive to our questions! This home is wonderful - I’ve never been in a rental property that was so well equipped! Plenty of dishes (12 or each), pots and pans, glasses, cutlery - colour coordinated and in great shape! The coffee machine was a fabulous surprise! Lots of room and can fit 6 easily - we were only 2 and enjoyed the space. This is a treasure - must stay here while visiting Sidney!

David met us at the property and was such a kind host. All directions for cleaning was written down along with other helpful tips. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. The food that was in the fridge on our arrival was appreciated. We found the house to be clean and in a convenient location. We also made use of the laundry and it was nice to have it on site. Thank you for your hospitality!

So glad that we could stay here again; so warm, comfy & cozy. Clean & neat, right in town; excellent host; everything we could ask for. And we greatly appreciated not having to worry about grocery shopping when we arrived after dark because everything needed for breakfast is kindly provided. Thanks again for a great stay, Dave!
