It was clean and had a great AC for a hot game! Appreciated the proximity to the University - wish the beds were a more soft and the bedding more comfortable, ran short on some paper products but otherwise a very nice stay.

We had a great time staying in College Station. This house was just over a mile from the stadium, made for getting to and from it very easy for Midnight Yell and watching the Cats upset the Aggies. House is centrally located, less than 2 miles from Northgate bars and easy access to main road. House itself was clean and had a lot of games to play. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here for a game. We will look to book this house again whenever the Cats go back to play. Thank you!

The house was exactly what we wanted! Lots of space, walking distance from Kyle Field, and great amenities. We walked to and from yell practice, as well as the crazy South Carolina game on Saturday. The large lving room provided a great place to decompress and catch some other games on TV that afternoon. Although the didn't cook, the kitchen has everything you would need. Most importantly, it was stocked with coffee!!! I would absolutely book this property again. A great value for the money! Thanks!

It was amazing! love how clean it was. I was looking for a blender but couldn't find one in the kitchen. Other than that everything was really nice. Maybe a king bed in the main room would be more comfortable but I still give it a 10 out of 10. It still didn't disappoint
