Spotless, well appointed and comfortable retreat off the beaten path. The home served as our retreat after days in/around Sedona, Jerome, and Arcosanti (all about 45 minutes away).If you appreciate quiet evenings and dark skies, you’ll do well here.

Super clean, spacious house, full kitchen to make meals. Lovely home. Dirt road coming to house may be messy if it rains, but not a problem for us.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay at this property while exploring the Sedona area. The home is nicely appointed and the host was responsive to our needs. The kitchen had everything we wanted and we generally had what we needed for someone coming in from out of town. The front patio was a nice place to enjoy our morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening! We were a bit surprised about how rural the property is, but it did not hinder our vacation in any way. Thank you for a great stay in our home away from home.

This beautiful home was what might be considered "off-the-grid" and we loved it! The inside of the house was absolutely wonderful and the views from the patio were magnificent. My 3 friends and I each had our own bedroom. The master bathroom was huge! So glad we chose to stay here and not in the busy city of Sedona.

Exceeded my expectations

This house sits up on a hill overlooking the valley. This remote area was perfect for my dogs newly constructed house exceeded my family‘s expectations. Definitely would stay again. Mike our host and the evolve team were fabulous.

Beautiful desert home

Three generations stayed at this beautiful desert home. It was a perfect place to relax together and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The hosts planned well and had everything you could ever ask for in the space. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. I would love to visit again. The Rim rock area is convient for seeing wonderful monuments, a wolf rescue, and great smaller towns with beautiful attributes, under appreciated sites.

Excellent new house with fantastic views of the mountains. The outside patio was a super nice touch with comfortable furniture and an outdoor grill and fireplace!! The beds were very comfortable and this location was a long way from ANYTHING. We had rented a vehicle to get to the Grand Canyon and the Petrified forest, as well as local shops in Sedona. The roads to get to the house are not paved and extremely dark at night. There is zero grass or landscaping and the neighbors are far away. I’m glad I was there with other friends. It was a super nice experience that the house had a fantastic water filter and the pantry already had food and snacks and the fridge had some food too!! The grocery store is far away and we hadn’t shopped before our arrival so we really appreciated the snacks and food available. The house was super clean and had lots of games to play and excellent books available for local information and exploration. The stars at night were stunning as there is zero light pollution at this location. Thanks for the adventure.
