Great 3 bedroom house in the Village of Oak Creek away from the busy areas of Sedona. Close to trails and shopping. Quiet area with outside patio space a d ample room to relax and rest inside. Did the trick for our famy of 5. Very pleased with our stay and would be happy to return in the future!

We had stayed at the property in 2014, so selected it again for this return visit with friends.Positives - Property is in a great location and is large.Negatives - the hot water was not working and as no instructions were provided, we had to work out why the boiler was not functioning ( down to UPS being switched off). Also property was beginning to look tired, hence the lower rating

The house was very nice and clean. My only complaint was the master bedroom bed had a definite wear pattern and needs replacing. After two nights the couch was more comfortable for me. It was a very beautiful area to visit. So much to see.

Beautiful property for four days with my family. Nicely appointed bedrooms, each with their own full bath. Large kitchen, fully kitted out, with plenty of cutlery, plates, and cookware. We didn’t take advantage of the gas grill in our short time, but it is large and directly connected to the house supply. Well managed property, with quick responses to phone or email. Location in village of Oak Creek has some shops and restaurants within 10min walk or short drive.

Amazing views

The house was in a great location, we walked to town and hikes. Also great location for daily road trips; under two hours to Tempe, Grand Canyon, Page.

This home exceeded every expectation and was the perfect Sedona getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible views and the peaceful, private setting. The house was beautifully maintained and very thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed (or wanted) during our stay.We spent hours enjoying the outdoor spaces, taking in the stunning scenery, and watching the abundant wildlife and birds that visited throughout the day. Every sunrise and sunset felt like a special event. The location offered the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, making it easy to relax while still being close to everything Sedona has to offer.The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and welcoming, with plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. And the master bath has a tub that will melt away those sore hiking muscles. It truly felt like a home away from home.Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable Sedona experience.

Serene and convenient

It was a haven. Convenient to shops restaurants.and sites. During our stay we headed to Page antelope and horseshoe Sedona and cotton wood. We had a lovely time eating meals outside patio.I wish I co uld have stayed Ionger. The contruction down the road didn'terer interfe re But please tell others not to park in driveway but in the garage .We sorely upseted the shared driveway Great stayplacebend. Furnishings were hit or miss. As an example the master bedroom king size bed is broken. The right side literally falls off as the springs are broken. The living room seating is uncomfortable, the leather couch springs are shot and you fall in. The arm chairs were also uncomfortable and one was falling apart. Lights are minimal even if you turn on every light. Getting to the front door is an adventure as there’s not enough outdoor lighting to see. The solar lights are super dim or several don’t work. The house is nice and location is decent. Lots of space and kitchen amenities plentiful to the point there’s too many pots and pans. Seclusion was nice, but traffic in Sedona was more than expected and getting to Sedona proper from the house was difficult at times. AC worked very well.

Very Nice Stay in Sedona area

This was a very nice, large, house in a very great location for us. We would definitely stay again.The reasons for our not quite perfect rating were:Upon arrival we were disappointed to find a drinking glass & spoon in the dish drainer, and a washcloth that it appeared someone had perhaps dried their hands on one of the bathroom counters. There were also a few other areas that were less than completely clean.This property is listed on VRBO but managed by another company - this resulted in extra steps in reserving. I also received multiple emails & texts indicating that I could pay extra for early check-in and/or extend my stay - one such message would have been enough.Finally, although WiFi was seemingly available, using it required providing your first & last name, email address & consenting to marketing emails. Cell service worked for us, although it was slow.

This is a beautiful house, very clean and full of amenities.However, it’s very poorly managed.First of all, I asked to drop my luggage before 4 pm, because my events started at 4 pm. They assume to pay for 1 hour early check in. We paid, but couldn’t get in because instructions were not clear and correct how to get in. At least they refunded me.Another surprise was when we came home to smell paint. We saw workers at the garage when we came to check in at 3 pm. They were doing some work there and let us in. Yup they have access to the house.Well, I have a very bad allergy for pain. I couldn’t sleep at all. I tall windows but it didn’t help. The next day I was exhausted.The following night wasn’t better. Around 2 am fire alarm was on. We checked everything, no smoker and of course no fire. It went off. As soon as we were able to go back to sleep, the alarm went out again. We couldn’t sleep that night at all. All of us were tired and exhausted. We don’t even know how we were able to stay awake all day at our event. The property management company didn’t even know about the alarm even though I called them at 2 am.I asked to refund at least one night but they refused.The last but not least, I left my necklace at the counter. Of course they said that nobody saw it.If you decided to stay there be aware of a lot constructions around the house. It’s very noisy.

Regarding your lost necklace, we understand how upsetting this is and we genuinely regret that it hasn’t been found. We liked the views and location the house was nicely decorated and we liked the amenities. The kitchen was nice. Things we didn't like: several dead roaches inside house, musty smell, cold white lighting hue, master bed runs downhill on one side, firepit seating area was dirty and was unkempt and we had to kill live scorpions near the firepit so we couldn't comfortably use the space. Back doorknob kept falling off due to screw needing tighening. Grill did not work and would not light even with valve open. Porter was supposed to get back to me but never did. Overall the house does have potential but does need some small changes and Pest Control.
