Absolutely wonderful! Brian, our concierge was excellent and helped us with any questions we had. The pool was good, the grounds were well maintained. The location was perfect for walking the entire Old Town. There were 3 really good restaurants right next to the condo.

The home was amazing, the finishes were beautiful. Checking and parking were super easy. Brian was very responsive to any questions, he even left us a Keylime pie!The location was super walkable to Duval Street and anywhere we wanted to go loved the place!

Great location! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The pool area could use a little sprucing up with new furniture, plants, etc. to create more of a relaxing oasis. Overall, the unit met our expectations and we were stay here again.

Great Place to Stay Steps from Duval Street

Booked this property for a relaxing family getaway. Property was well stocked with everything that you need and very clean. The bed were super comfortable even the pullout couch was comfortable. This property is steps from Duval Street and the pool area is a great place to relax.

Perfect Key West location

Top of Old Town was perfect for our group of 5. Condo was luxurious! Super clean and new and well stocked. Easy walking distance to Key West favorites.

With the locked safety gates for entering/exiting the premises, you felt safe. The pool area could use a little attention.

Key West Perfection

My friend and I wanted a place to stay for 3 nights that was close to, but away from the hubbub of Duvall Street. Top of the Town fit the bill perfectly. Clean, beautifully appointed, pool off street parking, on the bus route or a .9mi walk to Mallory Square.

Everything was top notch! Extremely clean and the communication was great. The only complaint is that the air conditioning unit is under sized and couldn't keep the place cool. We kept every blind closed and it still struggled. It was in the mid to low 80's during the day and would cool off to around 72 degrees at night. The maintenance man came to look at it and he said they get this complaint a lot and it's not the actual unit it is just so hot outside. I would have like to have had this knowledge prior to reserving this unit.

We believe there was a minor miscommunication between our maintenance and this guest. Our maintenance tech was simply explaining that Florida's high outside temperatures cause AC systems to work harder and longer to maintain comfort inside (not that we get AC complaints at this home all the time - or ever). When he tested the AC system when the guest requested it be looked at, and he found it was operating perfectly - blowing air at 63 degrees. We always prioritize guest comfort. If a property ever experiences a true climate control failure, Last Key Realty provides immediate solutions, including installing portable A/C units or relocating guests to alternative accommodations. We never leave our guests in discomfort, and we appreciate you staying with us.

Perfect Key West Stay

The unit was an excellent for walking all around Key West museums, restaurants, shops and other sites. The condo was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Two recommendations: shower curtain or glass door on the shower at top of stairs and a mirror in the bedroom to the left of the stairs. All-in-all, it is very, very nice.

Amazing location, easy to walk everywhere from here. Overall excellent. The only thing I will mention is that there are roosters that perch in the tree just outside the primary bedroom. They start crowing relentlessly at about 3am daily. They do not wait for sun-up. This did make our sleep quality less than desirable, but at no fault of the owner. The pool was very nice and warm. The property was very safe and secure, and the full time residence we met were very friendly.
