THE PROPERTY: An open staircase leading to the second floor is where your vacation begins! The reverse floor plan, tres chic décor, and open living room with vaulted ceiling are dazzling. Relax and mingle with guests in this beautiful, functional space. The petite yet mighty eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Stroll through the living room’s French doors onto the comfortably furnished veranda and enjoy the cool breezes of Key West. The home’s first floor is where two king ensuite bedrooms are located, as well as a stackable washer and dryer. This unique home’s mix of white walls, wood accents and stylish art, will help you enjoy the Key West vibe.

Should you need additional space for wedding guests or a family reunion, Petite Maison may be rented together with Grand Maison. Together, both properties sleep a total of 12 guests and boast 6 ensuite bedrooms. Please see Maisons de Luxe to rent both homes.

BED CONFIGURATION: The smart floor plan of this cottage allows for two king bedrooms with ensuite baths on the first floor. Each bedroom has night tables, TVs, natural light and ceiling fans.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The second floor of this home opens onto a comfortably furnished covered veranda where you can enjoy coffee or cocktails. The home is close to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. Please note this home does NOT have access to a pool.

PARKING: There is parking for one car however, from this convenient location, you may find yourself touring Key West on foot.

LOCATION: Petite Maison is located on a quiet, hidden lane behind Duval Street. The home is on the southern end of Duval Street near cafes and night clubs. You can walk to many attractions including the Southernmost Point and the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory.

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property.

We loved our stay at Petite Maison! It’s such a charming little place tucked away on a quiet lane, yet just steps from all the fun on Duval Street. Having two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was perfect. It felt peaceful and private while still being close to everything. We’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely exactly as represented. Half a block off the quiet end of Duval a 15 minute stroll to Sloppy Joe's. Was more than I wanted to spend but better than I expected. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment centrally located. Nice layout, perfect for 2 couples. Surprisingly quiet considering it’s only a block off Duvall. The upstairs porch was a real plus. Communication with Key West Vacation Rentals was smooth and efficient. Kept us informed. We would stay again.

The Key West Rental folks were amazing! Organized, responsive and timely. Petite Maison was perfect for our stay. The location is so close to many good restaurants and bars, it was spotless and well stocked. Really a great property that is perfectly managed. We will definitely be back!

It’s a great place and we would stay here again. Clean and well thought out. Worth the extra money we paid to be there. The location is amazing too and some of the best restaurants in key west are 2 minutes walk away. They also took little feedback we gave seriously and will address it. It’s a great place.

Fantastic stay life in the heart of the island

Great communication throughout booking and check in! Clean, great decor and ammentities. Loved the location and able to walk where we wanted. Parking was a bonus for our golf cart rental. Would love to stay again.

Clean, fresh and great location

Loved staying there. Clean place at a convient location near Duvall while being at the quieter end of things. Great resturatants and stores nearby. Walkable to many things of interest.

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! Just steps away from the main street which is Duval. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. Loved the covered porch. Will stay here again.

Cute, clean AND a great location!

We enjoyed staying at Petite Maison! It was spotlessly clean, very cute and comfortable. The location was perfect as we were in town for a wedding at the southernmost point. Thanks for the great accommodations.

Beautiful home.

Was decorated beautifully and small in size but had everything that you would need. Location was the best and neighborhood was quiet!
