We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, newly renovated condo! The location is perfect! It’s just steps from the beach, with a lazy river and pool that made it even more enjoyable. The condo itself was well-equipped and thoughtfully set up. We appreciated the toaster oven and Keurig (stored in the closet), as well as the excellent washer and dryer right in the unit. Parking was easy and convenient with plenty of space available in the garage.Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and quick to address any questions or concerns. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The rooms looked clean.... but not very clean in the closets, behind furniture, in laundry room closet area, as well as the carpets. Outside our door, the floor drain backed up into a big puddle every day which were located in front of the elevator doors. There was also Not a dishwasher as stated in the condo. But to my surprise, there was a mop bucket and broom & dust pan in the closet that I took advantage of. *I enjoy keeping the living area clean no matter where I stay)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness in some of the less visible areas of the condo and have shared them with our housekeeping team for follow-up. The floor drain outside the unit is maintained by the building, but we understand how that could be an inconvenience during your stay. We also appreciate you bringing the listing discrepancy regarding the dishwasher to our attention so we can review it for accuracy. Thank you for choosing Saltwater Grande. Your feedback helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Super clean and updated

What a great, clean, updated single bedroom condo! Right on the beach and parking for one vehicle in the garage below. The pool and lazy river and hot tub were cleaned every morning but crowded as soon as the gates opened at nine. Not the most desirable (due to crowds and teens “smoking”) section of Myrtle Beach, but it worked for us. There is no dishwasher in this unit so bring dish soap. Not exactly a kitchen to cook in but definitely good for breakfast and lunch. Management should get 10 stars for communication! And so should the cleaning crew!
