Other than the bathroom & kitchen, the property & furnishings are in dire need of upgrade. Bed mattresses are worn out, furniture is heavily worn & stained, outlets are so worn that plugged in items won’t stay plugged in. There is no secondary security lock or deadbolt on the exterior door. The address on the confirmation we received with directions was incorrect.

Toilet had been used when we arrived; pee and paper in it.No instructions for: how to dispose of garbage, accessing parking garage (a code is required), TV, thermostat, or laundry facilities.No frying pan.Chairs on balcony look uncleaned.The joints in the bathroom floor tiles look unsanitary, unclean.No security latch on the room entry door.Renters "Guest guide" information sheet AND the contract state that a washer and dryer is included, but they were not, except for pay machines in Guest Laundry on the main floor.

We will definitely stay somewhere else next time. The place was disgusting when we checked in and had not been cleaned. Linens were still in the bathtub, beds were stripped. I notified the host who eventually sent someone to clean it, so, we had to go find something to do for a few more hours after having landed at 8 am and spending the entire day finding things to do prior to checkin, this was frustrating. Once we returned to the unit, it was clean, but the Murphy bed and the sofa bed did not have any linens and we did not have enough pool bracelets for the entire group. I reached out to the host again and they sent someone with linens... at 1030pm. No pool bracelets were delivered. The pool bracelets were finally delivered to the unit on thursday (5 days into our vacation). All of the pools in our building were drained and under construction. The parking garage is a block away. The elevators and hallway smell like a wet dog. The tiny and old washers and dryers cost 2.25 a piece to use and the dryer on the right doesnt work but will still take your money. Lastly, the way the unit is set up, the bedroom is closest to the outside hallway and you can hear everything from the elevator dinging to people talking all night long and it makes it incredibly difficult to sleep. We ended up turning on green noise on YouTube and cranking up the volume to drown it out. The view is great and it was relelatively cheap.

The condo overall was as pictured. The view was great! Our problem started at check in. We had to call for check in code then we called back for the code to parking garage. I had submitted picture of licenses prior to arrival but I guess they didn’t receive it. There was only towels for 4 people. We had 6. That night when going to bed, there were no linens for the Murphy bed. We called the next morning and they were quick to send this up. The smoke detector went off every night. We called to ask them to change battery. When there was no response, we bought a battery and changed it ourselves. The AC went out twice. However the maintenance man came to check it. He was very nice and professional. The unit is decorated very nicely. Beds slept well. Baywatch has several pools, cafes etc.
