Gclr invites you to indulge in our expansive 250 square meter, 4-bedroom ocean sub-penthouse apartment on level 61 at Q1 resort.

Situated on the prime north-east side of the building, this apartment offers unparalleled, unobstructed ocean views, stretching from Burleigh Heads in the South to the Sovereign Islands in the North.

Each morning brings the possibility of witnessing a breathtaking sunrise over the distant ocean horizon.

For those who prefer to sleep in, each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains and blinds.

The apartment boasts four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a powder room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an enclosed balcony with stunning ocean views

The check-in process occurs at our front desk located at 17/24 Queensland ave, Broadbeach. Our friendly team will assist you in collecting your keys during business hours. For late arrivals, our reservation team will send you a code via SMS and/or email on your arrival day. This code will allow you to retrieve your keys from our key lock box, conveniently located on our shop front, at a time that suits you.

Please note that due to the size of the apartment, and the time required for cleaning, check in time is from 3pm.
