Very easy check-in. Property was well represented in the photos. Easy walk to the beach and having the chair service with the umbrella was a nice treat! Heated pool was really nice as well.

We were very pleased with our stay. The place was clean and had enough room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds! Communicating with the host was super easy with the app and she was very friendly. The condo is in a great location, easy to get to a store or restaurant. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We loved the location of this property. It’s directly across the street from the pickleball courts (we played each night), walking distance to a private beach, 9 hole golf, and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock each morning. The unit was spacious, had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable. The host was very communicative, responding to issues we had during the beginning of our trip and making necessary accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend this rental to others!

It was our first time on this particular property, and we loved it. The condo had plenty of space and everything we needed. Make sure you are comfortable walking up and down stairs!! It’s on the top (3rd) floor. I loved waking up every morning and having my coffee on the covered deck that overlooked the boat waterway. The host was helpful and responsive. I would love to stay here again.

Great beach getaway!

We loved staying at Johnnie’s property! It had everything we needed, was close to the beach, and close to anything else we needed. Johnnie was super kind, helpful, and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with nice amenities

We enjoyed the beach service and the pickleball/tennis courts. Wonderful restaurant onsite as well. Condo was nice and right on the canal. Beautiful scenery.

Great condo and amenities

Description was accurate, host was extremely responsive. Location was great placement to pool and beach. This condo had a lot of extras: pickleball accessories, beach toys, etc.

Great place and awesome location

Perfect condo for our family of 4! The location was great, clean condo with nice patio overlooking the canal. Johnnie was super responsive and made sure we had what we needed for the week. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay

Kitchen was fully functional with everything that you could want. Condo was clean and plenty of room to move around. Good location, walking distance to restaurants, pickleball courts and beaches.

Winter Escape

We’ve been coming to Sandpiper Cove for years to escape winters in Missouri. This is our second time staying in this condo, and we are so happy with this rental. The condo is spacious and well-maintained. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Clean condo close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at this location in Destin. Beach access was easy and just across the street. Plenty of parking if you want to drive but you could walk in less than three or four minutes. A lot of restaurants close by for dining. The beds were very comfortable with super soft sheets, which was helpful after a day in the sun! Everything was exactly as described, and you can’t beat the beach service included with this rental

Best stay at Sandpiper Cove

This was our best stay at Sandpiper Cove! Condo was very well kept. Condo was cleanest we have stayed. All appliances worked well and were up to date. Bedrooms and living room were extremely comfortable. Communication with owner from booking to checkout was excellent! Thank you Johnnie for such a great stay!
