2 King Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus bunk beds 1488 sq ft very spacious unit sleeps 8.

This Crystal Dunes end unit is in the PERFECT LOCATION, only steps away from the beach and offers panoramic views. The spacious open living and dining area is an added bonus. Recent renovation includes new stainless appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths to give platinum-rated upgrades to this already beautiful unit.

Because this Crystal Dunes unit is a first floor corner unit, it has the ambiance of a beach home rather than a condo. It is light-filled, having many more windows than the average unit. More windows means better view of the beach! It is the perfect condo for families with children or ideal for couples. Park next to the unit and unload luggage and groceries within steps of the door! No Elevator needed!

Professionally decorated this Crystal Dunes unit features high ceilings and crown moldings. Watch the sunrise from the bay window in the dining area or a spectacular sunset from the living area.

This unit has two (2) master bedrooms with a king bed in each! New sofa converts to a queen size bed and built-in bunk beds in the hallway are ideal for children. Kitchen is large and features four bar-stools. Also a large dining table for six. The spacious living/dining area can seat a group comfortably for conversation in two open living areas.

Destin's most beautiful beach, Crystal Beach , is just steps from the back door. Beach attendants will set up an umbrella and 2 chairs for you daily (during the season March thru October) at no extra charge.

Our stay was excellent! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so convenient. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Greatest beach vacation our family has ever had. Walk right out sliding glass door to the walkway to the beach. Sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean and watch the family on the beach. It is such an ideal location. We parked right outside our unit and the beach was our back yard. Room was clean and upscale. Owner was great to work with. Sand is powdery soft and the ocean water is crystal clear. My wife and youngest son typically limit time in the ocean but here they felt comfortable in the water because they could see everything around them. We will be returning!

We absolutely love staying at this condo and continue to come back year after year with our family. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and always feels like a true home away from home. The location is perfect — close to everything we enjoy in Destin while still offering a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.This has easily become our favorite place to stay in Destin, and we fully plan to return time and time again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This condo is ideally situated on a private beach. It’s close to everything, the beach is beautiful, and we love this condo so much that we stay here every year. My favorite part is the beach chairs, table and umbrella that are set up every day for you. It’s so nice to walk down to the beach with just your towel and a book.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything seamless from start to finish. The location truly could not have been better. Being an end unit with so many windows made the emerald ocean views absolutely breathtaking from every angle. We loved relaxing and taking in the scenery each day. This unit felt bright,peaceful,and special,and we would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

We absolutely love this condo and have now stayed here three times, with our fourth stay already booked. That alone says everything about how wonderful it is. The location is fantastic—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself is always clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making every stay easy and enjoyable from start to finish.We truly look forward to returning again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay.

The room is located so close to the beach/pool/hot tub. The convenience is worth it all. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. The master bed which my wife and I slept on was extremely comfortable. Great place to stay. Weather was just ok but you can't control that.

The condo was amazing! We loved being on the first floor—just steps from the beach, which made everything so convenient. The space was spotless, and the kitchen was incredible. It truly had everything you could possibly need, whether you’re cooking full meals or just storing leftovers.It was the little details that really stood out and made it clear the owners are experienced and thoughtful hosts. The community itself felt quiet, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, shopping and dining is just minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again!
