This Crystal Dunes end unit is in the PERFECT LOCATION, only steps away from the beach and offers panoramic views. The spacious open living and dining area is an added bonus. Recent renovation includes new stainless appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths to give platinum-rated upgrades to this already beautiful unit.

Because this Crystal Dunes unit is a first floor corner unit, it has the ambiance of a beach home rather than a condo. It is light-filled, having many more windows than the average unit. More windows means better view of the beach! It is the perfect condo for families with children or ideal for couples. Park next to the unit and unload luggage and groceries within steps of the door! No Elevator needed!

Professionally decorated this Crystal Dunes unit features high ceilings and crown moldings. Watch the sunrise from the bay window in the dining area or a spectacular sunset from the living area.

This unit has two (2) master bedrooms with a king bed in each! New sofa converts to a queen size bed and built-in bunk beds in the hallway are ideal for children. Kitchen is large and features four bar-stools. Also a large dining table for six. The spacious living/dining area can seat a group comfortably for conversation in two open living areas.

Destin's most beautiful beach, Crystal Beach , is just steps from the back door. Beach attendants will set up an umbrella and 2 chairs for you daily (during the season March thru October) at no extra charge.

Serene and Relaxing getaway!

If you are looking for a place to stay that allows you to escape the busy life back at home, this is it. Waking up to direct views of the turquoise waters, steps away from white sandy beaches, ease of parking, conveniences walking distance away, plenty of gorgeous shoreline if you like to run on the beach, and so much more. It’s the perfect mix of chill and tourism; whatever you desire.

Yearly Trip

This is absolutely the Best Place for my family. Our 2nd time to book. No stairs, parking right next to patio, stairs to beach a few feet away, hear and see ocean from patio, lots of room, comfortable beds and clean. We love this place. Booking again for next year’s trip.

Perfect stay on the beach

Perfection!!

Location and condo was perfection! Having the ability to be down at our beach chairs in 30 seconds was worth its weight in gold. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. I would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great condo

Perfect location and the ground floor had a great view and easy access to beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again. The owners were quick to get back with us on any questions that we had. We had a great time.

Location!

The exceptional location is why we keep coming back to this condo. The mattress in the primary bedroom is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Everything else is great!

Wonderful location

Perfect for a family wanting to be close to the beach. Property was well equipped with games and books and even some beach toys for the children. Will stocked kitchen with all the appliances in great shape, looking forward to starting here again!

Very nice property, great location! I wasn’t sure on the numbers of parking spaces, I sent an email and did hear back. The king mattress needs replacing, my husband could feels the spring/coils on it. I would stay again.

Our favorite beach condo

We’ve stayed at this condo two years in a row because it’s so comfortable, clean, and on a fantastic beach! Walking straight to the beach from our patio is so convenient with kiddos and sand toys. The pool and hot tub were a hit too. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to go back!

Location AND unit were perfection! It was so easy getting in and out to the beach and visiting local restaurants/areas. The unit was in excellent condition and very clean. Would absolutely stay here again.
