Excellent location, very clean and comfortable property. Had everything we needed for a family of five. The beach chairs and floaties were a nice bonus. Communication from the host was great. We will be coming back again soon!

Great Stay

We were very impressed with the unit and the peoperty overall. The resort was excellent and well-maintained and the condo was far bigger than we expected! Thanks for an awesome week!

Only problem was the smoke alarms had old batteries and woke the kids beeping all night. Thankfully had family close by with a ladder to change the living room batteries.Nice home.

We have been staying at Cape Charles for many years. This was the first in a gated community. It definitely has it's perks and some drawbacks as well. Playing extra for Community Center was well worth it, especially if you have kids. The house had everything that we needed, plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house is a mile away from the beach and the Life Center, so golf cart is recommended. Having the pool just a few yards away was fantastic!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is in a very quiet, tree covered area. We did not hear our neighbors other than a few times walking to cars and to the pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Our family settled in and felt at home very easily. We loved walking every morning and having coffee on the patio. The door code was easy and so convenient. The pool being just a few yards away was very nice. We enjoyed the space and comfort of the family room! Putting the tv above the fireplace would make it easy to watch from the kitchen and all the living room chairs as well as people playing games at the dining room table. It would be helpful to provide more than three pods for dishes and laundry. Beach days with a family are messy and I prefer to keep clothes and towels clean so I do a load a day. Lastly, we really like to take bike rides and loved that the condo provided bikes, however they were very hard to ride. The chairs and floaties provided were wonderful and cut down on us having to bring any. We booked this trip pretty last minute and are so glad we did! I had a ton of questions and the communication was quick, courteous and helpful!
