House was very close to the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops.House was great with very comfy beds, lots of towels even for the hot tub.Kitchen was well equipped with enough dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils.

Great location - can walk to everything in town. The hosts were so helpful. Good information provided at the house. They were very quick to respond to any queries. The house worked well for our family who had travelled from overseas to be together for milestone birthdays. The weather was a bit cooler than anticipated so the hot tub was a welcome addition! Would highly recommend.

The property was pet friendly. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfy. The host checked in with us to make sure everything was going well, which we appreciated. It’s perfectly located to downtown - perfect for walking downtown

Great stay at Serenity Charm! W our group had four adults and we stayed for two nights. The location is excellent. Communication with the owner was also exceptional! The property had all the amenities we needed and was as described in the ad!

Amazing location, spacious, and clean. Modern kitchen and dining / living area. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Great shower. Bonus TV and games room in the back of the house. Definitely would stay here again.

Our Nipsey (border collie) couldn’t have been happier with her stay. She cozied right up after an active day at the park and seeing the sights. The site was absolutely pristine and we are hoping we left it that way. The hosts were helpful with advice on locating places close by. We particularly liked the Irish bar right down the road.

The location of this cottage is perfect!! Walking distance to Queen street with all the cute shopping and restaurants! The house amenities were suitable but would recommend making the pull out sofa bed a bit more handy to get to. There were 6 girls staying here which was a bit of a hastle with the 1 small bathroom but we were able to make it work. The host is extremely kind and responsive to any question or concern I had which was nice! Overall I would DEFINATELY stay here again

My wife and I just spent seven nights at this property in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The location is central to all of the great restaurants and attractions on Queen Street (2 blocks) and only 2 blocks from the Shaw Festival Theater. Once there we walked everywhere even though this stay was in December. The house is very comfortable and had a great layout. The kitchen was well appointed – I must admit I did not really cook because we were so close to so many great restaurants! We traveled with our dog and there was a fenced in yard – the dog loved it. Finally, the communication with the host Brad was magnificent. We were just there (December) and he brought by a Christmas tree so we felt like we were home. To sum up: a great home, great location, and great host.
