The Space:
Welcome to a bright, modern condo perfect for families, groups, or remote workers. Located on the second floor of a private complex, this spacious retreat blends tranquility with easy access to downtown attractions. Azul Condominium is located in the exclusive Playacar Phase II community, a tranquil and private area surrounded by lush greenery. Guests can enjoy easy access to Playacar Beach, a serene stretch of sand perfect for relaxing and swimming.

Living Area
Step into a bright and inviting living space designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious layout features a large sectional sofa perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, offering views of the lush gardens and pool. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment options, while the open design seamlessly connects the living area to the dining and kitchen spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere for socializing with family or friends. You can find the 2 bedrooms, conveniently located adjacent to the main living area for easy access and added comfort.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport, CUN (Cancun International Airport), is 37 miles away, approximately a 50-minute drive depending on traffic. Guests driving to the property will appreciate the assigned parking space, located conveniently near the building entrance.

For those renting a car, Playa del Carmen’s central location makes it an excellent base for exploring the region. Take a short drive to iconic attractions like Tulum’s Mayan ruins, the Cenote Route, or Xcaret Park. The property is also just a few minutes' drive from local supermarkets and shopping centers, adding convenience to your stay.

If you’re not driving, taxis, ride-hailing apps, and the ADO bus station offer alternative transportation options for getting around and exploring the area.

- We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests must climb stairs at the property.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests will be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $5 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. The meter will be checked on the day of arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
- If you need a cot or pack an play, we can provide one for an extra fee previous notice given.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets or any kind of animal are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.
