Family Getaway

The house was amazing! It was clean, spacious for my family and close to town. We all really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again.

This home was wonderful for my family, the kitchen space , bedrooms and just general lay out met every need. Any questions I had the host Jedd was on it with quick replies.

Hot Tub was great. Game room had game systems for the kids, puzzles, fantastic accommodations. House was in a lovely neighborhood with deer all around. We were two families of 4 and the house was perfection for us. Plenty of seating and eating spaces. Would book again!

Lovely Home!

This home is beautiful, clean and very bright. The rooms are spacious, especially the upstairs room with two twins, a king bed and a full bathroom. All the rooms are expertly furnished and very comfortable. Having a fenced in backyard is great for the dog and small children. The hot tub was great. The home was very cool with the windows and blinds closed and yet bright. Having the full garage in which to store all our innertubes and paddleboards and cars. We all thought this was a great place to stay in Pagosa Springs. There is a looping bike path around Lake Forest Circle for enjoying the countryside. It is close to the supermarket, downtown, and the hot springs. Tubing down the San Juan River in town is great as the park alongside is truly fun. The host reached out upon arrival to make certain that we were comfortable and would be happy to help in any way. I would highly recommend this house and we plan to return next year.

Great family house

We rented this for our family vacation. We had 9 people so it was a big group and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and pots and pans. What I really loved was how on top of it the management team was. They sent someone to clean the hot tub at the half way point of the trip, we didn’t even ask and take the trash. Just know there are about five stairs in the garage and some uneven ones in the front in case you have someone who is handicapped or has a walker. Once you are inside everything except the little apartment upstairs is on one level. It’s pet friendly too!
