Relaxing Stay

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had all of the staples for cooking, plenty of everything. Enjoyed the large backyard and covered deck on the back.

FSU beat BAMA weekend

This home is in a great location and proximity to the FSU stadium as well as to many places to eat. We were in for a girls weekend and to watch FSU at their football season opener.

Average Stay!!!

Average stay!!! In side the house was clean. Nice deck!!! But the yard needed maintenance. Especially if kids are staying and are wanting to play in the yard.

Hi Susan, thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the cleanliness of the home and the enjoyment of the deck space. We’re glad those aspects met your expectations. We followed up with the owner, who would like to share the following:- Your comments about the yard have been noted, and additional landscaping services are being scheduled to ensure more consistent lawn care, especially for families with children. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the guest experience.

good location to school

older home needs a little updating with decor and maintenance. We could not sit in living room all together and watch a movie comfortably because couch was small and no other furniture. Outdoor table is small and a little dangerous. beds were comfortable but could use headboards to make it look homey. Front steps could be power washed We have stayed in a lot of Rentals and this one is ok but with a little Pinterest it could be much better.
