Cozy weekend get away, 5 mins from downtown Portsmouth.
This clean, cozy1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a stay in lovely Portsmouth, NH. The apartment has new floors, granite kitchen countertop, appliances, bathroom fixtures and fresh paint. New furnishings and linens. The bedroom features a queen size bed with new mattress and box springs – not too soft, not too firm.
The bathroom has a full shower/tub with paraben free Ginger Lily coco mango shampoo, aloe vera moisturizing conditioner, and botanical nourishing body wash provided.
The living room has a new leather, queen sleeper sofa. The full kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, bullet and more. Desk area for working at home.
The property has wireless internet, smart TV, washer/dryer, and AC. The best feature is the private outdoor deck which abuts tidal waterfront and a park! The deck is the perfect spot for waking up over cups of coffee and tea or winding down at the end of the day with a cocktail!
Due to COVID-19, we block out a 24-hr period following each booking to prevent back to back stays so that we can thoroughly air out and disinfect the property. All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant and all linens and bedding washed.
This property is conveniently located near all major entrances into Portsmouth.
Free, off-street parking is available to guests and the property is only a short 5 min walk to downtown Portsmouth. Come, park your car, and enjoy all the dining, shopping, history, and culture Portsmouth has to offer!

We stayed in this one bedroom apartment in Portsmouth and overall had a good experience. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, easy to get in and out, and convenient to everything in the area.There were just a few things to be aware of during our week long stay. The outdoor area behind the property was often used by dogs during our stay, and there was noticeable dog waste, which made it less comfortable to walk or spend time there. The old mattress was quite soft and saggy, which wasn’t our preference, and the heating system was somewhat loud when it cycled on and off though that may be typical for the season.Overall, it’s a clean and well-located place to stay.

We enjoyed a most wonderful Week for our 25th wedding anniversary! A fantastic get away. Clean, well equipped, very comfortable. A sweet find indeed! Perfect place for a Portsmouth getaway
My wife and I stayed for a weekend to explore Portsmouth and we could not have been happier. The house was just as described, very clean and so close to the center of town. We had a great time and will be back again soon!

Our host was incredibly accommodating and, at the last minute, allowed us to add an extra day to the beginning of our stay. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host promptly answered all of our questions before our arrival. Check-in was seamless thanks to the clear, detailed instructions provided.The VRBO is just a short walk from historic downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Virtually every type of restaurant you could imagine is within walking distance—most less than three-quarters of a mile away—making it a perfect location for anyone who enjoys exploring on foot. If you prefer to drive, downtown Portsmouth also offers plenty of reasonably priced parking.There was no shortage of things to do during our stay. We enjoyed harbor cruises, waterfront restaurants with outdoor decks, beach walks, nature trails, sports bars, and an incredible variety of dining options, from fresh lobster and sushi to pizza, craft beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. One of the highlights of our trip was an unforgettable whale-watching excursion, where we saw numerous whales, including several spectacular breaches.Most importantly, we were able to reconnect with family and friends, making this one of our most enjoyable vacations. We truly couldn't have asked for a better getaway.While the unit isn't large, it is absolutely perfect for a romantic escape. Sisters getaway
Spent a couple of days with my sister. Apartment is lovely, and we used the little sheltered deck quite a bit. Enjoyed watching all the dogs going by with people walking through the park and the short walk to restaurants and shops.

Despite the ongoing bridge construction right next door, the apartment rooms are quiet and comfortable. Laundry in unit is a bonus - as is the kitchen, which is updated and well equipped for cooking there if you care to. Restaurants and shops are only a short walk away in town. Location is also an easy drive to any places, be it in NH, North Eastern MA or even ME. Air conditioning has been relocated to front room - making it quieter than when located in bedroom. Great place to stay.
