Perfect

Our group was here to celebrate a birthday. The home is newly renovated and very spacious. Super close to anything you’d need. Arun was easy to communicate with for any of our needs. 10/10

A cool place

A cool place to stay with friends. Had a really nice modern look inside. Right beside a busy street so you hear a lot of traffic noise outside. A nice big backyard. Biggest issue was cleanliness. The floor was pretty dirty, garbages were full outside, some bugs in the house, a weird smell when we first came in. Just not the most fresh vibe. There was broken glass at the bottom of the front steps and some random items scattered around the backyard/driveway. Other than that, the place was great! Probably just needs a better/more thorough cleaning.

Arun was honestly the best host we could’ve asked for. Firstly, even before we arrived Arun was soo friendly, patient, and very accommodating during the entire planning process of my family-friends game night/birthday get-together. He was prompt in his reply time, and was thorough in his communication and response to any and all questions me and my guests had. You can tell he genuinely cares about making your stay feel homey. Then when we got to the place, the property was even more beautiful in person and brought such good vibes. Only thing that could’ve made this stay better was having the opportunity to use the hot tub but unfortunately me and my guests couldn’t seem to get the hang of it haha. I would suggest maybe a sign with small instructions. Huge thank you to the host for making it such a great experience. Would 100% stay again!

Spacious and entertaining

The place was as described, communication with the owner was always quick and respectful. Definitely lots to do and the house was relatively clean and spacious. The only issues i had with this rental was that there wasn't many towels available. (1 per bathroom) so if you took a shower you had to use the towel that was being used as a hand towel to dry yourself off. It would have been more convenient to have extra towels, especially since there was a hot tub. We had to use the same wet towels from the hot tub after showering. When we went in the laundry room to dry the towels between uses, there was a pile of dirty towels left in the floor (I'm guessing from the previous guests). My only other issue would have to be the lack of flexibility from the homeowner regarding check out time. They were extremely firm at a 10am check out (hours earlier than any hotel I've ever stayed at). I pleaded for a later check out (asked for 11 or 12 noon) bc we didn’t have to be at our next stop until 3pm the next day; but the homeowner would not budge even when i offered to pay extra for the hour. I told them i had 3 small kids and would rather they slept in longer but it didn’t seem to matter.We were loading up the car at 9:55am and the "housekeeper" was walking up the driveway to clean the place for the next guests.It had me feeling so rushed, panicked and uneasy. I really do wish they were more flexible with this. Other than that, everything was good and we enjoyed our short stay.

Night away

The place is in a good location and is recently renovated. However it didn’t look or feel like it had been professionally cleaned and some of the appliances didn’t work. On a positive note, the host is very responsive.
