All as expected - would stay again.

No complaints. Having a garage with a remote opener for the rental car was nice. Very quiet gated community.

Great condo in excellent location

Very comfortable and well-equipped condo in a fabulous location. Couch, beds and linens were all very comfy. There were extra blankets and beach towels. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Wonderful pool & hot tub area. Easy walk to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, groceries, drug store, etc. We love Kierland Greens and this condo was no exception!

Condo Stay in Scottsdale Arizona

Great place. However the TV package could be better. I stream with Sling and have no way to get it on the TV in this Condo. Had to use my tablet. Needed to have capability to get into Fox business.

Overall impression is good. The property and grounds are well maintained and a great little patio looking onto Keirland. Having a garage was a welcomed bonus. The bedrooms have carpeting that were vacuumed however there was several stains in the main bedroom. The a/c unit is extremely loud and the fan is outside 2nd bedroom making it difficult to sleep. There was 1 day when water was turned off from 7AM to 2 PM so we had to alter our plans and wake up extra early to get shower and breakfast complete before water was turned off. The unit does have everything you would need in a kitchen and bathroom and it is well maintained

Thank you for your review — We are glad to hear you had everything you needed for your stay and overall your impression was good but sorry to learn that a few aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay with any of these concerns so we had the opportunity to address them to help make your stay an even better one. We inspected the bedroom carpets upon your departure and found a small stain in the master bedroom that is not a result of not being professionally cleaned since the carpets are done on a regular basis. With regards to the AC with it being situated in the hall possibly closing the bedroom door(s) may have helped if it seemed too loud. Regarding the water shutoff to the complex, we completely understand how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, we were notified by the HOA building management a few days before the water was scheduled to be turned off for a necessary repair and we informed guests as soon as we were made aware. Thank you again for staying, and we wish you all the best in your travels ahead.
