This 1400-sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom designer condo features top of the line fixtures, tile, glass, and custom lighting, providing a truly luxurious experience. Enhance your stay by lounging by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or working out in the fitness center.
For your comfort and enjoyment there are 3 TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), a fireplace, balcony patio, and a workspace with an ergonomic chair. The open-concept living space has views of the dining room, living room, and balcony from the kitchen.
The condo is located within a gated community. It has an attached 2-car garage with a ground floor entrance. However, there is a staircase to get up to the living area and bedrooms.
The full home is available to you with a convenient, key-less entry. I will provide a code for the front door and a key fob for access to the community amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc). If you have any questions, I am available by phone, email, and live ~15 min away. I'd love to host you!
