Wow! What a great host, location and property. Craig was the best host we have ever had. He responded to all our requests/questions before and during our stay moments after we sent them, he provided thorough and informative check-in and check-out instructions and had instructions and QR codes with helpful information throughout the house. The property was gorgeous and exceptionally well appointed with everything you might need, and it was only minutes to a grocery store. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for long walks! We will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a stress-free, relaxing vacation in Melbourne Beach.

Loved the house and location! It was like having your own private beach every day. House was very new and modern. My kids loved the pool and hot tub, wife and I loved the quick walk to the beautiful beach. Only recommendation would be a paver or gravel walkway to the wooden walkway down to the beach. There are two houses and we stayed in the one set back just a little. It's only 10-12 yards through the grass to the wooden walkway but it would provide you with a clear indication and path to the walkway. On the first day we weren't sure if we were supposed to walk through the grass or up another set of stairs and around the front house. Again, this is not a negative comment because we loved it and would definitely return, just a recommendation.
