Spectacular views. Being on the beach was awesome. No issues with the home which was great. Enjoyed walking on the beach and seeing the wildlife and hearing the ocean. Was able to get a great picture of a double rainbow after a small storm as well. 3 foot tall bird landed next to us on the beach and a lot of pelicans were seen. Grocery store next to Sand on the Beach has some excellent NY style pizza too. Have been in Melbourne multiple times and this place is close to everything. Highly recommended

Everything was good.. Walk out the door and you are on a lovely uncrowded beach. House very clean and kitchen had all that was needed.Beach chairs,umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.all available. Host very accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Will definitely come back. Location is awesome, steps to the ocean, great views. Property manager was very responsive and provided immediate solutions.

Family vacation

Perfect oceanfront condo. Views and beach access are spectacular. Unit was very clean and supplied with everything needed for beach vacation with family. Including beach towels, sand toys, soccer ball, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards etc. Also well supplied with personal hygiene needs such as soap,shampoo,conditioner toilet paper and paper towels. Great unit

Great place in Melbourne Beach

Joe’s place is great. Comfortable and in a nice location right on the beach. Easy to get to grocery store and restaurants. The beach in front of the place is easily accessible - and we were traveling with an 81 year old. I was really surprised that there were never many people on the beach. We often had it all to ourselves. Joe is super nice and easy to communicate with. All in all an A+ place.

This property is a gem!

I highly recommend this beach front property. It’s recently updated and was incredibly clean. Everything we needed for a great family vacation was onsite— chairs, umbrellas, fishing rod, board games, Apple TV and more. The sheets, bath towels and beach towels were super soft, and they even had plush bathrobes! Joe and Anna are super responsive hosts. We had an issue with the dishwasher, and Joe had it replaced in record time. I cannot say enough good things about this property. I highly recommend it.

Amazing

Where do I start?! Owners were very responsive to my concerns and needs as one of my teenagers has Autism. Now, regarding the property. The condo decor gives you the "beachy" vibe and let me stress this "the view" is worth every dollar for this rental. I have stayed in other rentals near to the beach, however BEING ON THE BEACH is simply amazing. You are 20ft away from the beach. The location of this unit is PERFECTION. Upon arrival it was stocked with "teenager snacks" and "Adult beverages" :) that started off our mornings :) "Mimosa".... Ok the 2nd best part of this trip. The bedding was so comfortable that I had to take a peak at the pillows because I have never slept so well within a rental. Needless, to say I bought the same pillows earlier today! Being on the beach, the views were spectacular from every level . The robes that were provided were super soft and comfortable. The beach was not crowed at all. 2 other couples the entire time we were there. We also saw dolphins, tarpon and the best of all a "baby turtle" heading into the ocean after hatching. We will without a doubt be back next year. p.s Apple Tv/Spectrum remote system is incredible as well as the A/C touch remote system. Top notch service all the way ....

This place was absolutely perfect! Keep.in mind that it's quiet, and a bit isolated from the more "bumpin'" beaches like Daytona or Cocoa beaches. But what you get in return, wow! A beautiful, updated home with a beach for a backyard. Plenty of space to spread out inside, as well as tables for gathering. When I say this place had everything we needed, it did! From the tea kettle to heavy duty aluminum foil, we were able to get our groceries without worrying about the conveniences we take for granted (as a tea drinker, I typically have to lug my electric kettle around). Location. Even though it's a bit further down the A1A, we still managed to see and do "all the things." We did Epcot and Kennedy Space Center, and took a lovely sail on the Indian River, all of which were accented by the most beautiful beach days in our "backyard." Our hosts provided the umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards so we could just relax. This was our first VRBO and it checked all the boxes. I'm sad we had to leave but so excited to stay again soon. 10/10. It's perfection!

Simply terrific

The house is just perfect and not just because it’s right on the beach, but it’s also really well set (beach equipment, Board games, washer/dryer, cable, smart TVs, etc). On top of that Joe was beyond belief fast to answer every question we had

A little piece of paradise

The property was exactly as pictured. The location was peaceful and beach was private. We met some very nice neighbors on the beach during our stay. We had everything that we needed for our getaway including some very thoughtful items from the homeowners. Mimosas and snacks!!! The condo was stocked with everything that we needed. The ocean views were amazing and it was just a hop, skip and a jump to get to the beach! We will definitely be back.

Everything we hoped and more

This property owner supplied everything we needed and more for a great beach vacation with family. The property was very accurately described. There are a lot of stairs to navigate for those with physical limitations but the property suited our needs perfectly.

A 5+ Experience!

Exceptional view of the Atlantic from the first and second floor. Fully equipped property including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Great kitchen to gather and eat. A/C works great. Recommend Sunny Side Cafe for breakfast or lunch and New England eatery and pub for fresh seafood. I got the impression that the owner is proud of this property and is happy to share it with vacationers.

Great Location

This property was very nice and the beach was not crowded. The owners provided a lot of extras such as snacks, coffee, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, toys, etc. We would stay there again.

Beautiful beachfront

If you love to listen to the waves all night long, this is the place for you! Well maintained high-end finished. The owner went over and above to make us feel comfortable and make sure we had everything we needed.

Awesome place with awesome beach

This place was awesome! Super clean, furnished with awesome beach access! The sand on the beach was soft and only footsteps away. We had an awesome vacation! The host was very responsive, welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Could not ask for anything more!

Perfect Beach Vacation House

We felt welcome from the beginning. Communications from owners were clear and full of great information. Home was clean and neat and very well equipped. Gift basket of fruit, snacks and mimosas made us feel very welcome. Kitchen is updated and easy to use. Beds were comfortable with upgraded linens and towels including plenty of beach towels. The location on the beach was perfect - patio and balcony great for a relaxing view of the Atlantic. The chairs, umbrellas, and fishing gear were a very nice addition. Laundry was convenient and worked well. Waking up to the sunrise each morning - priceless.
