Perfect Baseball Getaway

We traveled to the area for a baseball tournament, just turned it into a family vacation. We already loved the area from previous visits and this rental is an added bonus to the area. Great location to the beach, spacious for a large group, beautiful kitchen to cook in, and the double washers/dryers were heaven when doing laundry for 8 people. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Multi-Family Getaway

We would definitely stay again! This property was clean and spacious. Beach access was very close, private and clean. Stayed on a very busy week and plenty of space on private beach. Proprty manager was great. A breaker popped while we were there so the outdoor TV and grill fan would not turn on - the maintenance phone number was located on the fridge, we called and were up and running again in minutes.

The house was stunning. Everyone had their own bathroom and space to relax. The beds were comfortable and the pool amazing. We were allowed to bring our two dogs and have a full family reunion. The road the house is on is not paved. It’s gravel and bumpy and some of our kids cars had issues. Also, the power breaker went out a few times in two rooms and the kitchen, the master shower handle was broken and the ice maker didn’t work. We spent just at 10,000 for the week and I would’ve expected the house to be stellar. Now someone came and fixed all the issues but it was still a nuisance. The road the street is off of is also incredibly busy. It was challenging getting out of the road and doing Uturns all the time. Lastly, before we even arrived home I got an email from the rental place sending pictures that a dog was there and I owed them money. So I had to go thru all my emails and find approvals showing the dogs were allowed. They had no reason to send me one tiny picture of a little dog hair when I vacuumed and swept daily and reminded them they approved the dogs to be there. The host then said we owed even more money since the dogs came. Overall, our family had a good time and the place accommodated us beautifully. Would I go again? I’m not sure. Just be aware if you stay here there might be issues.

We spent the week at this house over Thanksgiving. The location was great and central with easy access to the beach just a few houses away as well as to Destin, Fort Walton, and Rosemary Beach and Santa Rosa to East. The house itself was top notch. It was extremely room for 7 adults (could easily accommodate 2 more adults plus 2-4 children). The beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, bakeware/cookware and plenty of towels. The elevator was great as my 83-year-old mother would have had trouble moving throughout the house without it. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor gas grill and the pool was comfortably heated upon arrival. I highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The house was beautiful and fit our family perfectly!! We enjoyed its nearness to the beach, as well as the beach being private…much less crowded. The pool and hot tub were big hits with the whole family!!
