The property was amazing. Katie has thought of everything you would need to have a great vacation! So many little amenities to get you started. She is very responsive . And so kind and patient with me when I was having difficulties finding information in my emails. Would definitely book again.

We LOVED Sand Dollar and will definately stay there again. It was a great location! Everything was perfectand having the pool was great for the kids. The home is beautiful and the host was very hospitable and accessible. Highly reccommend !

WritingWe absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The home was cozy, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and sleep. The amazing pool was cleaned during our stay, and the separate pool/cottage house provided even more space. The brand-new kitchen was gorgeous, spotless, and a wonderful bonus! We also loved having the golf cart and beach chairs already set up, which made the already short walk to the beach even more enjoyable.The location was fantastic, with shops, entertainment, and great restaurants nearby. But the best part of our stay was our host, Katie, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. Our original check-in date coincided with a hurricane forecast, and Katie graciously allowed us to check in a day later. Even after the eye of the storm passed through Destin and there was so much cleanup and work to be done throughout the community, she continued checking on the property and making sure it was safe for us to enjoy our stay. She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire process, and even left a few treats to welcome us!We couldn't have asked for a better home or a more thoughtful host. Thank you, Katie, for going the extra mile and helping make our vacation so memorable. We will absolutely be back!

Katie was very welcoming. It was nice to have a local contact for the property. This was our second time renting this property. Would definitely stay here again. Also had plenty of amenities for baby/toddler.

Perfect Girl’s Trip

The home was absolutely stunning! So close to the beach, super clean, comfortable beds, and a quick golf cart ride or Uber ride to entertainment. It was the perfect place for a long weekend away!

The house was not only beautiful, but well appointed. Katie, the manager, was the best ever with communications. Also, the included umbrella service and designated golf cart parking at the beach were really great perks! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect week with a big group, toddlers, and dogs. There were ten of us: my parents, my aunt and uncle, two cousins, and me and my husband with our two toddlers and two dogs. Everyone had a great time and congratulated me on finding the house.The rooms were spotless and really comfortable. I have allergies and didn’t have a single issue all week. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room in the main house is where we ended up spending most of our time. Ten of us could all be in there together without it feeling crowded.For my little family, the cottage was perfect. We had our own space away from the main house, so we didn’t have to worry about keeping the volume down for naps and bedtime.The kitchen was stocked with everything (appliances, and more utensils, plates, cups and glasses than we could get through, plastic and ceramic both).They also leave out so much for you: pool floaties, beach toys, a wagon, extra chairs for the beach.There are alarms on the doors for the pool, which let me relax with two toddlers and a pool.The beach is super close and never felt crowded, and the umbrella service was seamless (set up and waiting for us, no coordinating required). The area is great, and check-in and check-out were as easy as it gets.Katie is an amazing hostess and we’d 100% stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

Sand Dollar is a beautiful home and is in a nice neighborhood. It's a short walk to the beach and has a nice pool and patio area. Communication with a property manager was outstanding!

Family Getaway

Wonderful location to the beach either a short walk or short drive on the golf cart. Pool was clean and plenty of places to sit and enjoy family. Place was immaculate both inside and out. Katie was great about sharing information or answering questions. Highly recommend!!

Spectacular Sand Dollar

Our stay was perfect! Home worked well for us and having the cottage for the grandparents was an added perk!Close to the beach and having a golf cart provided was an added plus! Thank you to our host who communicated " just enough" and resolved some little issues quickly without a fuss.

Family Get Together

Great property for family getaways! Accommodations were excellent and fit with desired activities in Destin! Having the Low-Speed Vehicle (golf cart) was key to flexibility to and from the beach with 4 chairs and umbrellas every day of our stay! Quality of amenities were first class. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Katie!

A Lovely Home

We all enjoyed our week in this home. Easy communication with the Host and a most relaxing time was had by all. This home is a short walk to the beach, and has a great pool and kitchen. A true home away from home!

Sand Dollar

Katie made everything super easy while booking and staying at her beautiful home. Sand Dollar is immaculate, well appointed, and comfortable with a terrific kitchen. The pool and outside property were lovely. Everyone in our group of six thoroughly enjoyed the stay!! Highly recommend!!

Great family house

Katie was so generous and communicative before and during our stay with information. It was a great location for the beach, shops, and a pleasant neighborhood to walk. With a preschooler and two babies, we really appreciated all of the baby gear in the house—it made things so easy. We were also impressed with the quantity and high quality of all kitchen implements. Overall, a lovely house with a great pool. We loved it!

Fun in the sun

We had a great time during our stay! All the shops and store was close by and the beach was a few minutes walk down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe the whole time there. The house was amazing and very when we got there. The owner and the rest of the team was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns before and during our stay there. Definitely recommend this place for your next vacation

Great place in Destin!

Katie was such a great property manager! We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar - it is a beautiful, spacious house. It was so nice to have the carriage house for one of our families, too. We used the pool so much! And the location is wonderful - just a short walk down the street and you run into the beautiful beach. We rented a golf cart, too, and used it so much.

Fantastic Stay

So glad found this house! Great location, very clean, beautifully decorated. All the beds super comfortable. Great outdoor space. House and cottage came with everything we needed. Owner very accommodating, super friendly and quick to respond. Look forward to staying again. Can’t think of one negative thing to say.
