Waterfront cottage, Canoe, Paddle board, hot tub, kayaks, 1.5 bathrooms, 2.5 GB high speed internet. Paddleboard good for upto 2 people. Enjoy the sunset view in the summer. Just 1 hr and 15 mins from Toronto.
Recently renovated, bright and spacious kitchen, dining and living area. Steps to the Orr Lake Golf course and more golf clubs nearby. 10 min to the nearest supermarket. 20 mins to Wasaga, Midland, Barrie for restaurants and other attractions. Natural shoreline with vegetation and wild life in the water. There is also a public beach with playground on the lake. Short stays and monthly stays available. Extra fee for hot tub use.

Beautiful spot for a family getaway. The property was clean and comfortable, with a great view of Orr Lake and lots of outdoor space to enjoy. We especially appreciated the hot tub and being so close to the water. It was a great home base for our trip and gave us a nice mix of relaxing at the property and exploring the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice time

Well organized host with a nice open layout for groups. Super close to the golf course is a nice bonus

There were 6 adults in our group and we had enough space for all of us. We came for 5 nights to be close to Midland for visiting with family. We were not in the cottage all day. The owner was easily reachable when we had a minor repair issue with the kitchen table. There are various levels in the rooms and the steps were not easy-to-use. The access to the lake was a little difficult due to low water levels. Some of the doors do not close tightly so we had some bugs getting in through some gaps in the doors at night. Several of our group bumped their heads on the light fixture above the kitchen island because it is positioned on the edge of the island not on centre. Over all i rate the facility as fair and the owner as excellent.

The cottage has been updated, very clean and bright. Nice lighting. We needed the air conditioning and were grateful to have it. The owner was accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed our time there.

Property was very clean and spacious. Sunset views across the lake were beautiful. Host was very responsive and accommodating in resolving a minor issue with the hot tub. Kitchen was very well supplied. Location is close to lots of amenities and activities. It is not especially secluded - just off a fairly busy road - but from the back of the property facing the lake it is quiet.

We are surprised at this review. The renter never mentioned anything during their stay and we even reached out to them if there was any issues and what can be improved, but they didn't respond. They did however had more guests than what was booked and beyond the maximum we allowed and they trespassed onto other people's property.
