Beautiful property- views were incredible and beach was wonderful. The property had lots of outdoor equipment/games as well as a great indoor game room and media room. The kitchen was well stocked. There is now washer and dryer accessible to guests. This was a bit of an issue since there was only one bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel available per guest. In addition there was no broom or vacuum to clean floors with. I did reach out to but did not get an answer back from the host.

Stayed here for a weekend trip to a Packers game. It’s an easy drive to Green Bay from the house. Property is beautiful. Plenty of room in the house. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake a little more than we could in mid October!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The previous guests left the house disgusting, so the cleaning crew was behind schedule for our arrival, but did a good overall job given the extent of the mess. There were a few spots missed, but the house itself is amazing.

Please note: A bunch of opinionated seniors were pleased.Kitchen was well appointed. Snaffooos were dealt with promptly. Communication was great.

Great property, communication, and location for golf

The venure/location was perfect for our golf trip. Top notch everything and Michelle and Markus were really great to work with. Will definitely be back next time we are back for golf. Thanks again!

Lake Michigan Newton house

We enjoyed the house and the lake. Lake Michigan was warm enough to play in which is rare in September. Property managers responded quickly to questions and small issues.

Stellar location, amenities, space and unlimited potential for this breathtaking home. Sitting out at the gas fire place was magical. Watching the sunrise and moonrise over the sandy beach with still waters of Lake Michigan were what vacations are meant for. The beds were comfortable and space was plentiful. So many places to sit comfortably with our friends, or alone. The kitchen is fully stocked. The basement rec room was fun. Everything is helpfully labeled and there are comforting items throughout the house. This rental was designed with the guest in mind. The stairs to the beach were steep but well made. Communication problems with the management company made this experience disappointing for me as the renter, but my guests had a wonderful time. There was an apparent lack of care in how this home is maintained, and if not corrected soon the property will deteriorate.

Fantastic luxury stay on Lake Michigan

Stayed here with a large group of adults over Labor Day weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect. House is stunning and immaculately furnished. All the details you would expect and then some in a house at this price point. Everything was well-maintained and the property managers were excellent communicators. Very responsive if I had any questions or feedback. Check in and check out process was very simplified. There is a private beach access that you don’t see in the photos depicted - while it’s certainly more narrow than other places near Sheboygan, for example, we found it it got the job done to be able to enjoy the water. Just plan on expecting to clear some stones, branches and seaweed. Also if you stay during the summer, absolutely bring bug spray. The biting flies were extremely active, but I think this would occur anywhere in the area this time of year. Highly recommend this property, would be great for relaxation anytime of the year.

Stunningly beautiful home with space enough for a large family gathering. This was not only the nicest house I have ever stayed in, it was the nicest house I have ever BEEN in, The highlights were (1) the kitchen, which was stocked with everything you could want (except for a regular drip coffee maker--only Keurig and Nespresso--so we went and bought a cheap one for the week and left it there), and (2) the multiple family/living/media rooms, both on the main floor and the basement, each one big enough for a gathering of 10 or so people. Also a cool bar setup in the main media room (which--our only disappointment--had a projector that kept overheating and shutting down every 20 minutes). Surprisingly for this price, there was no laundry available when we got there (though they let us access it after we contacted them). Lake view, especially from the master bedroom porch on the second floor, is excellent. Completely isolated yet less than 15 minutes to multiple grocery stores, Super Walmart, etc. Everything in the game room worked, which isn't always true after the wear-and-tear they see as a rental.

Amazing property! We had an absolutely great time with our family!Our only issue was having the water go out after we returned home from our son‘s wedding Saturday night around midnight. So some of us that wanted to shower had wait until the morning. Just glad it was restored! Also would have liked to have a few more towels in the master bathroom for a three day stay and extra rolls of toilet paper too! Never needed an extra, we did find a spare roll in another bathroom.
